We just bought our 3rd vehicle from Lynch. The experience is always a positive one or we wouldn't keep going back. It's so nice to pull into their lot and not be descended upon like vultures. The sales people usually don't even approach you until you come into the building or if they see you on the lot, only one will come out and ask if you need help finding a particular vehicle. The vehicle we got this time had much more technology than we were used to and being older it was kind of overwhelming. Our salesman, Dave Jordan, literally sat in the car with us for over an hour before we left the lot with it and went through what every single button and gadget did and how to use it. Never once was there high pressure to sell us anything, even when we went back to the financial office to add on the extra warranties. And each warranty was explained to us at length without being made to feel like it was being shoved down your throat. I recommend that you try Lynch if you want to escape the high pressure vultures in the car lots of Cedar Rapids who just want the commission money and dont care if your still happy with your purchase years later. These guys do care and bend over backwards if you have issues later on to get it resolved to the best of their ability. read more

Where to begin? I have consistently been impressed with the service and results from Lynch Ford. I love how they will drive you back home while your car is being worked on, and will pick you up when it's done to claim your car. Free service. Last week I leased an equinox from jeff. Walking into a car dealership is about as pleasant as going to the dentist in my experience. Due to the poor customer service at a competitor we were fortunate enough to make our first purchase from Lynch Ford Chevrolet. They made our car buying experience first class! They listened and delivered on what we asked for in record time. We made a half hour phone call one evening and heard back first thing the next day. Excellent customer and repair service!!!! I purchased a warranty through McGrath and needed warranty repair (Figures coming from Mcgrath), took it to McGrath and they tried to tell me they can't diagnose it and I need to replace the battery first with them for $300+, plus pay $170 to diagnose(Telling me I have a bad battery) and come back to diagnose the actual issue. Took it to Lynch On Wednesday afternoon, they had it diagnosed, parts ordered, approved through warranty, fixed and ready for pick up by Friday afternoon. They have all my future business! read more

This was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I did not feel the hustle or pressure and I bought a quality used 2013 Ford pickup truck with a Tommy lift on the back. They fixed a couple of light issues (tail and tag lights) and even fixed some problems with the wiring on the Tommy lift they noticed. No added charges.
