That was the end of my positive experience. Days went by and no call back so I called them. Receptionist had no information on my situation or even a record that I called. Took down my info and days later no call back. I call again like I'm glutton for punishment. They schedule a visit between 10 and 11am to fix the shower door. 1145 comes and no call or visit. I call again. No answer except recording. They call back at 12:30 and tell me 1pm. Then call back and tell me 2 pm. Oooookay fine. So they finally arrive at 2:30pm (the same guy who came and took pictures) and go to work. The invoice does clearly state they aren't responsible if glass breaks due to my asking what if it breaks over the phone. About 90 minutes later and I go in to inspect. For some reason the installer flipped the door upside down and since the room isn't perfectly square a 1/8 difference was cut in door width top to bottom to get a nice square finish when it was originally installed. Flipping the door now causes a ridiculous gap at bottom and nearly touching at top. Here's the best part. They chipped the glass in the process and now I'm stuck with a chipped crooked door for $200 with no offer to fix in any way. I was so disappointed I just paid to get them out of my life. Cost to fix this mess? 700$ for new door to be cut and installed. I guarantee it won't be Marco doing the work. I would happily remove this review but they offered no solution other than me paying more.

After asking for an estimate for a simple job, consisting in removing a shower glass door and then to put it back in its place, I received an estimate from Avery for $ 250. Also received an invoice from them, for $ 125 to be paid for the removal and $ 125 to be paid, after the plumbing work was completed days later, for the reinstallation of the glass door. Unfortunately they were unable to do the removal part of the job on the day I needed, so I had someone else remove the door for $ 125 (unscrew 4 screws holding the two hinges of the door to the wall). When I called Avery back and asked just for the reinstallation of the glass door, they now quoted me the same amount of $ 250, already quoted to perform both operations, even if half of the job, the removal, had already been performed by the other company. Their explanation is that they made a mistake when they originally quoted me the job, a month before, and when they issued the invoice. I replied it was certainly not my fault if they made a mistake and that it was very unprofessional on their part to make the client pay for their mistake. I ended up hiring a more professional company, which installed the glass door for $ 125, which is by the way the correct market price for such a job in my area. My advice to you is stay away from this company, there are plenty of alternatives available who are more honest and less greedy.

Excellent service throughout the whole experience. Had been looking for a place for impact windows…read morefor my new home. Got a decent quote and a lot of information from Joe and we were able to set up a date with no hassle. Answered all of my questions without missing a beat, clearly knows his stuff. Danny handled my installation, and similar - didn't miss a beat. It was done on-time, professionally and was quite the bang for your buck. Products are definitely premium, but the pricing was competitive. Heard that they do roofs, so might call them to get a quote as well. All in all, very recommended.

This review is based solely on my personal experience and interaction with Prestige…read more My experience: When the windows were delivered on November 15, 2024, I was unable to reject the delivery as I was informed verbally, and they confirmed in writing, that the windows first "needed to be installed" before any inspection could take place. Per the contract terms, I was required to make the payments due at each stage -- including the delivery day payment, which brought my total paid to 90% of the $24,378.89 -- or face financial and legal consequences. FDACS public records: On March 2, 2026 I filed a consumer complaint with FDACS, State Consumer Mediator. Last week, on April 28, 2026, Prestige stated to the FDACS Mediator that I had: "inspected, accepted, paid for (in full), and permitted full installation of the product. No timely rejection occurred under the contract terms." BBB public record: However, 7 months earlier under the BBB complaint filed June 30, 2025, Prestige stated in a response on August 11, 2025: "When the client tried to 'reject the delivery', we called the manufacturer and they told us the windows had to be installed for them to look at them." I will now be taking the next legal step, supported by the detailed documentation I have compiled from Prestige's statements, responses and interactions over the past 18 months. My suggestion: Read the full complaints from the BBB (7/30/2025) and the FDACS (3/02/2026) which you can request to view at no cost. Based on the information in those documents and my experience, you can decide whether this is the right company for your project. In the meantime, see the photo of the windows that I get to look at every day, which shows four distinct multi colors (bright silver, light gray, medium gray and dark gray) visible from 30 feet away.
