FIVE STAR CARE! I was honestly scared for my tooth extraction but the dentist took her time and applied the local anesthesia in a seamless manner. I went in for a crown I was there 2 full days from opening to closing. I knew my tooth came out wrong I told them it feels way to thick said they shaved some off but it still felt wrong. I went to a new dentist and they told me that not only did they leave my crown way too thick. They also left the gap by my gums were it can let bacteria get in. They said that it was done veryyy poorly. Recently went back in to get it fixed since insurance won't let another dentist do it I apparently had to go back to the place that did my crown. lady over the phone told me they would not take more than an hour and a half normally I wouldn't ask but I had class. I get there in person early at that and they want to tell me I will be there all day especially since my appointment is at 11 and they go in at their lunch break at 12. Not only were they, very rude and unprofessional. But they could care less about their customers time, even though I have been with them for a while. And so I'm between spending $600 of out-of-pocket somewhere else to get it fixed or let them fix it to be honest. I'm not sure I wanna go back. read more

I am a paying customer out of pocket but I feel like I'm treated like nothing. sometime when I call the establishment nobody answer the phone ,and if they do ans the phone they take my name and number and never return my call back. I've tried being understanding due to the fact that they may have more customers than employees but in my opinion if you can't seem to satisfy the existing customer by valuing our time you should stop accepting new customers for a second and figure out what the business as a team need to do better . accepting new customers and you barely have time for the current patients is very money hungry and inconsiderate of the member of global dental center. I have been extremely terrified of the dentist my entire life. I was told by a friend to try Global Dental. My first visit was okay. I think Dr. Roberson could tell how tense I was. My second and third visit were so much better. Everyone was nice and professional. Dr. Roberson showed a lot of compassion on these visits. I was definitely about to halt my visits due to me being so afraid. David is phenomenal!!! I can really loosen up and connect with him because talking to him alleviated any fears or concerns. I would definitely recommend them. I even got lower braces. My son now goes and we love it. read more

She is my dentist for life. They are family oriented. I feel comfortable there. I have been put out of several dentist chairs because I was too afraid. She would make me feel very comfortable and take her time. She always made sure I was numb enough. She pulled teeth that other dentists couldn't. I have been coming to her for more than 20 years. Their customer service is ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC!!! THIS WAS MY FIRST VISIT TO THIS OFFICE!!! I had an 11:45 am appointment today. I get there at 11:45. The receptionist told me I had an appointment at 11:00. I let her know the appointment was for 11:45. I'd just received an appointment reminder text at 10:18 for the 11:45 appointment. I was told (with an attitude) that they go to lunch at 12:00. I ask why would they have an open slot for 11:45, if they close at 12:00 for lunch? I made this appointment over 3 weeks ago. She said she didn't know why. She proceeded to tell me that she would talk to him. WHO IS HIM? My appointment is with Dr. Roberson (female). Him, he would have to tell me if we can see you. HIM came out of the office, walked to get paperwork. She did not say anything to HIM. HIM looked over at me and proceeded to close the double doors. I let her know that she didn't need to worry about it, this was my FIRST VISIT and I will NEVER RETURN THIS OFFICE AGAIN. And that I will leave a review everywhere I can find to post one. I decided to go to this dentist because I seen on ZocDoc it had a good rating.The staff is very nice and has good hospitality. Far as the overall experience seemed unorganized and unprofessional. Some of they're equipment is outdated and rusty. It doesn't even look like they thoroughly clean the place you can see dust. It looks like they need more space. The dental assistants don't even look at your paperwork before addressing you. I've been to the dentist my whole life and never been to one that when the dentist evaluates your teeth you have to wait to see a financial advisor about what you need done.I came for a dental cleaning you get every six months and to see about cavities.If I owed money for a cleaning which was covered by my insurance was suppose to be addressed before proceeding anything and any other work that needed to be done financially should've been addressed upon leaving. It seems like they're more about the money then the people. My Fiancé also went a couple days after me to get his teeth cleaning and I know his insurance covers to get his cleaning because it's a preventative they just looked at his teeth told him to see the financial advisor because they told him he needs braces and never cleaned his teeth very unprofessional.I don't think I will be returning and I was suppose to return for a fill in. read more
