It is unacceptably clunky and wastes a ton of your time. In 2026, there is no excuse for a training to be this poorly executed with all of the apps out there for hosting courses. For a training that costs $600, I would expect it to actually be built on a platform that is intended for online courses. Instead what you get is a library of YouTube videos with disjointed assignments, and to submit each assignment you will (1) fill out a google form with all your demographics and answers to the assignment questions, (2) go to your email and retrieve a PDF of your answers (for me the PDF wasn't even created correctly, meaning their automation is broken), (3) go to a website where you have to (4) enter all of your demographic information AGAIN, attach your assignment, and submit it. The workflow is absolutely archaic. I wouldn't recommend this training to anyone, simply due to how much time I wasted just trying to locate course lectures, read and follow the paragraphs long instructions just to submit assignments. Incredibly frustrating.
