I ordered the fried onion burger and a side of slaw. The slaw...while having good flavor (I think a kick of mustard), was just drowning in watery mayo. But on to the burger - good lord were those onions piping hot lol, but very very tasty and added a nice element of sweetness to the burger. The smashburger patties were nicely cooked - though I did find the patties didn't really have the crispy lacing, perhaps of the added moisture from the onions; with a great video of the griddle and kitchen, it did seem like the classic smash burgers did have that crispy look. I highly recommend getting the calabrian chili honey as well to dip the pizza in. I think their pasta portions are on the smaller side, so I would stick with pizza!
