Incompetent and rude staff…read more I also had an issue with my rewards points. Didn't have my rewards card on me and I couldn't put in my phone number at the pump as I am able to do at other BP gas stations (by pressing Cancel) - I think their machines may be older. I went to the staff and asked Vicky to enter my phone number and apply my points. Rudely claims she didn't know how to do it saying I can only do it at the pump. After an exchange of words I got in my car with the intention of going to another BP to get gas but when I looked at the pump it was still saying to remove the nozzle, as I had already swiped my debit card earlier but realized it would not use my points. Obviously I didn't want anyone else pumping gas using my debit card so I had to get back out of the car and tell Miss Vicky to cancel the transaction since I was going to another gas station. Her response was "oh well you should've said so" as if my getting into the car and having my exchange of words with her wasn't enough. Either she wasn't too bright or she was going to scam my card. A little bit of both I guess. Way too long of a post for a gas station but it was infuriating.
