I contacted service on many occasions asking for them to come out and look at it and or replace cushions, they refused with the answer of you must not have taken care of it and it must've gotten sun on it and it must've gotten it wet! In actuality the furniture was kept pristine and underneath a enclosed covering I am quite confused this is outdoor furniture yet the company tells you after the fact it is not to be in the sun kept in moist weather or get wet!!It is a scam I would have been better off getting cheap furniture and replacing it yearly and the fortune I have spent on this!
