There have been no consequences or side effects. She is personable and delightful as well. Actually I showed her another issue I was having which she diagnosed immediately and I was able to get care the same day with a professional that treats the issue I was experiencing. On another matter: Her office staff called me twice to make sure I received the result of an mri I had. Dr. Iones followed up to make sure that I was seeing a doctor for an issue that appeared on the mri. I highly recommend Dr. Iones if you need a neurologist as I have been to three others over the years and none compare on any level.

She was extremely patient and she took the time to listen and understood all that was going on with me. She explained everything that was being recommended, and the reason for it, and every bit of it made sense. Her staff is wonderful, from the receptionists, to the folks that conducted the on-site testing. I am so happy that I found her. Now, I am very confident that my on-going health issues will be properly identified and treated. Thank you, Dr Iones!

I did not need another appointment for Dr. Greenhouse to read the result to me. I just saw her in the office a week prior. Per office staff ( not Michele, she is the best!) I had to make another office appointment in order for her to go over the MRI per "the policy". I would have to be put on the cancelation list and hope someone cancels soon. I find this unacceptable and canceled my follow up appointments for December and will not be returning to this practice. Unfortunately, I probably should have asked to speak with Dr. Greenhouse herself if she was willing to return a call and maybe she would have been more understanding? All I can say Dr. Greenhouse, I hope you listen to the voicemails your patients leave and not just rely on your office staff because she obviously does not understand how to prioritize what they are requesting. Maybe she is relative in some way to Dr. Greenhouse because I cannot see how she has a job there for so long!

She will never admit to you that your problem may be beyond her scope of knowledge. After 9 months of treatment that never worked I saw a specialist at another facility. She misdiagnosed me, that's why nothing worked. I had small strokes and she never treated me with appropriate medication to prevent further strokes as well. She may seem supportive but her knowledge is limited to simple problems. Find a knowledgeable neurologist with compassion this is not the one.

I can not begin to tell you how grateful I am for Dr. Scopelliti and his fabulous team manager…read moreDebbie. My father was recommended by his primary physician to see a neurologist due to the unusual appearance of his hand. I happened to be visiting for the week, and it was very frustrating for me that every office he was referred to did not have any appointments for two months. I spoke to his chiropractor, who is a family friend, and he stressed the fact that waiting two months was not acceptable. My father is hard of hearing, and not really savvy on social media. Since YELP is my go to for everything, I decided to research other offices and see if I could find him an appointment much sooner. Being in the dental industry, it is very important for me to read credentials and reviews from patients. I was very impressed with Dr. Scopelliti's back ground, so with fingers crossed, I made the call. Ladies and gentlemen, I felt like I was reaching out to an old friend. Debbie was so kind and understanding! Having an aging parent can be very challenging, but she was very patient as my dad chimed in his two cents from the background. She was able to get my father an appointment in four days. We chatted for a bit about what it is like to be a patient provider. She told me about the doctor, and the one on one experience he provides. I sent her dad's insurance information, and she was kind enough to reach out within the hour to explain about his patient portion. I was really looking forward to meeting the team, but circumstances came up and I sent my mom. I wanted her to be able to understand what the Dr. was diagnosing, and due to HIPPA regulations, I wanted her to be able to have future discussions if need be. When they came home, Dad gave rave reviews about Dr. S. He treated him for a full hour, had strict Covid guidelines, and dad had a better understanding about what was happening to his body. I am so very thankful for these people. In this time of uncertainty, you think the worst outcome possible. Dad was convinced he had one foot in the grave, and was discussing his burial wishes. I told him only the good die young, and he has plenty of years left! We have a little work to do to get him on the mend, but thanks to Dr. S and his extremely thorough exam....there will be many more visits with my family. If you are looking for a knowledge neurologist, look no further. This practice went above and beyond! Heartfelt thanks to both Debbie and Dr. Scopelliti! Beth Soncrant

It took me a while to find a doctor that made me feel comfortable and welcome but can happily say I've felt better in the past six years than I ever have. The doctors and staff really strive to give the best care possible to each of her patients. Being a self-described "problem" patient with migraines that don't stop, this matters. When you have an appointment, they will spend the whole scheduled period with you if need be; I never feel rushed, and they have always asks if I have any other questions. I always leave feeling so much better in every way. If ever I needed to contact either doctor or their staff, they were super speedy in responding by my inquiries. The office is inviting and all the staff members I have encountered are friendly and helpful in every way. Truly, this is one of the few practices that I have felt comfortable recommending because the quality of care has always been something I can count on. I would recommend this medical office to anyone seeking answers to better their health and do so in a very personalized way.

A hospital visit…read moreis never on anyone's list of pleasant experiences, and an emergency room visit even less so. The very act of being there means something has gone wrong. Still, when my wife experienced a medical event serious enough to require admittance, I found myself deeply grateful for the people working behind those walls. From the moment she arrived, her symptoms were taken seriously. She was pulled into triage almost immediately, and within minutes, she was in an emergency room bed with a team already in motion. The attending physician was remarkable, the kind of person who makes you believe that medicine is still both science and calling. Every nurse, technician, and aide who crossed our path treated her with care and patience, and treated me with empathy that felt entirely genuine. Even beyond the clinical side of things, there was an atmosphere of kindness. The security guards greeted people with a calm professionalism that felt reassuring rather than imposing. The men and women working in the cafeteria were unfailingly warm, small moments of humanity in the middle of long hours of worry. When my wife was moved to a room in the IU, it was clear that the amenities were not the hospital's strong suit. It was clean, functional, but bare. No television, no real distractions, just the steady hum of machines and the odd rhythm of hospital life. Still, when you are dealing with matters of health and survival, the absence of cable television does not feel like much of a tragedy. I have read the low ratings, and I understand where they might come from, but our experience was very different. Four stars for a hospital that seems to have its priorities in order, staffed by people who still remember that patients are human beings first and foremost.
