The Colony is one of my favorite places to stop by in Palm Beach. The iconic pink building is…read moreabsolutely beautiful and has so much charm. The location couldn't be better--right in the heart of Palm Beach, with the beach, Worth Avenue, and all the beautiful courtyards and little streets just a short walk away. Everything is so easy to explore on foot. They also offer convenient valet parking, which makes visiting even easier. The hotel is always spotless, and everyone I've interacted with has been welcoming and genuinely friendly. There's a lovely café and restaurant on the property, perfect for a coffee break or a meal. If you visit during the holidays, don't miss their Christmas decorations. The pink-themed Christmas tree is stunning and fits the hotel's style perfectly. I also love that if you're celebrating a birthday, the café can write a personalized birthday message right on top of your drink--such a thoughtful little touch. The Colony has its own unique style and atmosphere. Whether you're staying here or just stopping in for coffee, it's definitely worth a visit.

Came for a staycation and my wife's birthday. Made the reservation about a week or two in advance,…read morevery little was available in the way of room choices. I called several times asking for an upgrade if there were a cancellations. However, when we arrived and room choices were still a bit limited, the Colony made a wonderful and significant upgrade for us and we could not be more appreciative. To say above and beyond would be understating. So...what about everything else? From the time you're greeted by the bellmen, to the check-in process, the employees could not be more friendly and accomodating. The bartenders are long time employees, and very nice folks. The servers too are great. Management has done a fantastic job creating a welcoming atmosphere where one feels right at home. The restaurant, Swifty's, is excellent. Breakfast poolside is always nice. Early riser? Coffee and a choice of newspapers are alway waiting for you. Take it outside by the pool and have a quiet morning before starting the day. Looking forward to the next time !

Such a beautiful venue!! I was a bridesmaid for one of my best friends and this was her dream…read morevenue. The view of the lighthouse and Intracoastal is unbelievable. We first got there for the wedding rehearsal and that was very seamless and easy. The coordinator there made everything super light and easy to follow. The next day, the actual day of the wedding we got there pretty early for hair and make up and the room that they put us in was very nice. It was very spacious and Margarita, the lady helping us that day, was lovely. She took very good care of us. She brought us amazing, delicious food for lunch always asked if we needed anything and was just so personable and friendly. The space had a lot of couches for us to chill before the wedding while we were getting ready and a lot of space for about three of us to be doing hair and makeup at the same time. And everything was just perfect and flowed really nicely. It did end up raining during my friend's wedding, but they made the choice for her so easy by letting her know there was an inside option ahead of time so the inside option, you could still see the beautiful background of the lighthouse and the intercoastal, which was perfect and very seamless it was easy to transition to the inside. For the food options, everything was good. We had different Hors d'oeuvres to start and for my main I got the fish, which was really good as well as the salad. It was such a great time.

Choosing The Pelican Club for our daughter's wedding was the best decision we made! From the very…read morefirst tour and the tasting, we knew we were in good hands, the actual day completely exceeded our expectations. Everything was truly exceptional. We started the day with Hair and Makeup from their vendor list, " Kiss Me Again" Makeup. They arrived on time and with a team of 3, who talked with each of us and asked us if we had preferences for our colors and/or hairstyles and if we had any pictures. The makeup and hair stayed perfect from 11 am till 11 pm. Not overdone and felt very natural (we weren't so made up that we didn't look like ourselves). Our wedding coordinator, Tequila was a total lifesaver (sewed on a button that had fallen off a jacket. She was organized and incredibly responsive, making the entire process stress-free. On the day-of, she made sure we had everything and made sure we were taken care of throughout the whole event and worked very well with the other vendors. You can tell she enjoys doing what she does. The food was phenomenal. Our guests are still raving about how delicious everything was-from cocktail hour down to the main courses and desserts. The presentation was gorgeous, and the wait staff was attentive and professional. As for the photographer, we could not be happier. The vendor list suggested Michelle Lawson Photography (Steve) captured our day perfectly. He was a joy to work with, made us feel totally comfortable in front of the camera, and captured every single emotional candid moment without feeling intrusive. He is a perfectionist and looked at every detail before each shot (fix hair, hand position, etc) Harbour Bay Florist knew the event scenery and directed us in the direction we were thinking and offered beautiful centerpieces and arches with arrangements that fit the Florida style, and people would enjoy long after the event. Having the venue, food, Florist, coordinator, and photographer under one roof made the wedding day perfect and stress-free. We highly recommend The Pelican Club to any engaged couples looking for an all-inclusive, top-tier experience or for any event.

From the the front of the house to the back. The customer service here was excellent. The hotel is beautiful. The sitting area by the lobby was a nice area. I liked the decor. One of my favorite spots was the pool bar on the 8th floor. I loved the canopy over the bar. It was absolutely beautiful. I spend most of my time there. The pool was not to big but long. It had a nice view. I was happily surprised with the room they prepared for the soccer tournament with the multiple TVs playing the different games and the table games. That was a nice touch. This property has The Circuit that stops right in front and takes around the city. The hotel is in an excellent spot. Near, I found things to do and had fun. My time here was fun.

I absolutely love The Ben West Palm Autograph Collection, Ben Trovato Estate. This boutique hotel…read moreis simply exquisite. 'Ben Trovato' means "well found" or "well invented". From the moment of arrival to departure, we were treated very well. The Ben is breathtakingly decorated with greenery and art design to mimic the appearance and beauty of what Palm Beach represents. At check in, Angelina provided us with complimentary spring water in beautifully designed water boxes and our wristband room keys. The complimentary Paloma Angelina presented was sinfully delicious. What a great way to start our stay. Our waterfront rooms faced the Palm Harbor Marina with views overlooking the harbor, Codes (stainless steel and glass sculptures), and a view of Palm Beach Island and the Intracoastal Waterway. In room amenities included thick plush towels, soft robes and slippers. Closets also included a safe, full size ironing board, iron, and a steamer. Two large umbrellas hung in the closet in case of rainy weather. The bar and refrigerator were stocked with alcohol, snacks, and more water. The beds are comfortable and featured sheets stitched with The Ben's name and logo. Hotel amenities included a rooftop pool, glass elevator, gym, and room service. Complimentary bikes and shuttle services are available. Bruno, a Circuit vehicle, provides rides exclusively for The Ben guests anywhere within a 2 mile radius of the hotel. There is also a Book Butler that can bring you a curated and rotated book delivered on a silver platter! Tatianna, at the Front Desk, answered questions and provided good breakfast recommendations. Kevin, Bell Services, was also helpful. He made sure I had all the information on how to schedule a ride with Bruno and that we had water boxes for our trip and activities we had planned for the day. Kevin also provided good recommendations for places to visit and things to do. I would not hesitate staying at the Ben next time I am in the West Palm Beach. I am so happy we "found" this hotel! Ben Trovato!

FIVE star experience!!! I ordered the steak frites…read more(reasonably priced for a 10 oz ribeye!) and it was flavorful with their housemade chimi. We also got the Aussie Chicken Parma and it truly was the best I've ever had and I'm picky with chicken parm. Our server (forgot his name, super friendly and funny) recommended these two dishes and they were on point. We also loved their draft beer selection and the Hugo Spritz was more refreshing than usual as it had fresh citrus! The vibe is comfortable and relaxed without feeling forced. But the service and experience felt really upscale and curated! Definitely recommend this place for any occasion and I'm already planning our next visit!

We came straight from the Palm Beach Zoo and so our cold crisp beers and Espresso Martinis were soooo refreshing. We tried the Hummus Plate and Kung Pao Fried Cauliflower and loved them both. The hummus had feta cheese mixed in and thick toast, almost like a Texas toast, to accompany, plus salty green olives, . The cauliflower wasn't too sweet and had a good green dipping sauce. The menu has a lot of comfort food like options. For mains, we had the mini "Big" Brekkie (fried hard), Fish and Chips, and Mushroom Toast. They were good. The payment was a bit glitchy. We wanted to split the bill and my friend basically gave up trying to figure out how to pay with the table QR codes. I tried to change my wireless to the restaurant's after the "Confirm" payment button was non-responsive. Finally, our server let me pay with the station and my friend Zelle'd me half. Isla & Co describes itself self as a taste of Australia and is oriented toward coffee, brunch, lunch, dinner and cocktails. The inside of the restaurant is bright and very echoey. It's filled with green plants.
