You will have to speak with my Manager." As if she could not believe my answer. Finally, when I spoke with her manager, the manager told me that I first need to pay $25 for a home inspection, and then ONLY they will be able to provide me with a quote. I informed the manager that I have a new home, and already have a current termite control/station at the home. She insists that it is a company policy before they provide a quote. This is not the way to earn business. The company must reevaluate its policies and business processes.
