It is extremely hard to cancel service after contract expires. They will do everything to keep charging you. Brooks kept charging me even after I told them that I moved and do not live at the place. Never had communication with business so hard. Not recommended. read more

I do not recommend! Terrible customer service and communication . All of the workers that come out our lazy and they do not complete the entire property. I had to call for reservice twice due to a worker Cumming and only doing the outside. They claim once you get a contract with them for every 30 days, they can come in between those 30 days as many times as needed to reservice Once I called them to reservice because their service provider only sprayed the outside, they said they could not do the inside and the outside. The first time they were supposed to reservice a week before the service provider did not have identification on him so he could not get in my gated community . We were not called or notified about this until two days later. It is very unprofessional that they have service providers driving around with no drivers license.. The workers are very lazy. I will not recommend this company ever. The first time they serviced our property, there was still cobwebs in the first floor windows . Once the service writer came each time, they asked if they had to do the inside in the outside in every level, and they seemed very irritated by it because of the size of the house ! read more

I have never had to leave a bad review for a company but this company is horrible!! They sold me a service that they couldn't not do. They only been to my house one time and never came inside to treat the house. Sent a bill of $500 to collections when I canceled my service months ago. I reached out to Brooks back in July, they sent someone out, and I am not sure what he actually did because I found myself at Walmart buying my own products and treating my porch for spiders myself. Keep in mind that I had to pay for Brooks to come out before they would show up, so they were paid for the services that were rendered. I spoke to someone in July after seeing several emails that they were continuing to bill me, and got an email saying that they had discontinued my services due to me not paying them. I thought that was the end of this.... until I woke up this morning to them taking out $479.00 from my account....my question is for what??? and who gave them permission to do so?? This company is scamming people!!! They are unprofessional and inconsiderate in this economy. I have to now figure how to feed my kids due to them going into my account and taking money for a service that they NEVER PROVIDED. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, and the transaction will be disputed with my bank. To think I referred them to people before getting their services in my community app. Do not use them!! They are horrible at pest control and overcharge people for services that were never rendered. read more

I've had them out 3 times thus far. The first 2 times they blatantly lied to my face that they went in my crawl space to check for rats. Only the 3rd technician told me they don't offer that to customers they could only put traps next to the door to the crawl space. He said the manager would call me. $120/month for a mosquito service that doesn't work. They won't do more. They won't spray. And regarding pest control generally, why is my front door always crawling with bugs after a couple days post treatment? When you call to say WHT BRO, they just gaslight you like other companies out there aren't really getting the job done. I have never before written a YELP review, but I felt strongly about warning others regarding my experience with this company. A representative of this company canvassed my neighborhood, and though I should have known better than to make a snap decision, I agreed to pay $80 per month for mosquito treatment. I was told that they would utilize a two step approach, including a barrier method (a granulated product that would be placed on my entire yard) and a bait system, that would involve two bait buckets. I was also told that I would see results immediately. When the technician arrived a few days later, I was told that I would not receive the barrier method, as this doesn't actually treat mosquitos. Though I felt suspicious at that point, I was still hopeful that the bait method would be successful. Unfortunately, the mosquito problem has gotten progressively worse. Brooks Pest Solutions is difficult to reach. After several attempts, I was finally able to speak with an account manager, the only person with the authority to cancel my service agreement. He was unwilling to let me out of the agreement without charging a penalty fee of $271.00, even though his company had not met their agreement based on my initial interaction with their representative. read more
