I was online looking for storage options and came across this business. I stopped by solely because of the Google reviews and I'm glad I did! I checked a facility near my home prior to going in here and had a bad experience which made me intimidated about going to another one. When I walked in Global I was greeted by Cynthia and Ronnie, both of whom welcomed me with a smile and offered me a cold water (it was a very hot day). I wasn't sure what I needed size wise and Cynthia was able to determine my needs based on the list of items stored and was full of knowledge and answered all my many questions with ease. Ronnie took me out to look at units and explained the locks, alarms and access points. I decided on a unit and Cynthia made the leasing process an easy, clear and understandable task! I found myself with a few more questions after the office closed and called Cynthia on her cell phone as she kindly provided me the number when I leased. She was so kind and answered the phone and the rest of my questions even when she was no longer at the storage facility. I can't say enough about what a great experience it has been working with Global Self Storage, and Cynthia in particular. My husband and I have moved about 10 times throughout the years, and we have worked with MANY storage facilities in various states. But Global has been one of the best experiences we have had. The facility is clean, secure, well lit, the prices are affordable and the staff is always available and friendly. Plus, the location off of I-35 is super convenient. I go here everyday to drop off and pick up for my job. Everyone that works here is really nice. I had left my car out front for a really long time. Eventually it got a flat tire. Being a storage place in all it wasn't very nice of me to in that. But they never towed it or did anything other than remind me. And I Left an oil stain too. Needless to say the car is gone and so is the stain thanks for being so understanding. read more
