Update 8 March 2019 - Car is now out of warranty and brought it in for service today and was able to get same day service. The problem was the blower motor resistor and I was on my way in just over an hour. All for a fair price. It doesn't get better than that. The staff was exceptionally polite and professional. I replaced the bumper with an OEM part and decided to give High Street Garage a try as Eric down at Pete's Garage has spoken highly of them when I have asked about Inspections in the past. I drove down there and saw an older man with white hair in the open inspection bay. I walked up, said hi and asked if they were doing inspections. He must have seen me drive in with the "R" sticker. He immediately started in on me saying he would not inspect the vehicle and I should go back to where it was initially inspected. I just asked why he wouldn't do the inspection and he just got louder and said "if I didn't repair it, I won't re inspect it." It was an OEM bumper for christ sakes, and it took me all of 2 hours to remove and replace. This was the first time I have had a vehicle rejected so I was not aware of the need to go back to the original inspection station. I would have thought that since these are State Inspections, the process would be uniform across all service stations. It looked to me like he was having a bad Monday and decided to give a bit of that attitude to me. I'll cross this station off my list. Not the way to treat a person or a potential customer.

Since…read morethe first time I went to Moschetto's in 2015(?), I've appreciated their friendliness, honesty and good work. They always greet me and thank me for my business...which is something that is becoming rare in customer service. They have always told me when I "really" need something fixed and when I could wait a bit longer or skip it, if it's not critical. I appreciate that even though they are busy, they have always been great about getting me in for service asap....sometimes even the same day. Having 2 older cars, I've been in there quite a bit over the past few years! Because of their great staff, consistent service and fair prices, I recommended them to a friend who was looking to buy a used vehicle this past year. She ended up buying one there and said it's been great - she loves it. And because she's had such good luck with hers, I just recently bought my new Jeep there also. The team at Moschetto's was helpful, patient and not pushy about trying to 'sell' me something - they wanted me to be sure it was something that would make me happy in a price range that I considered to be comfortable. For those reasons, I highly recommend giving them a try if you are in need of services, or if you are looking for a used vehicle.

Go in to pick up the keys, which is what uhaul said was only requirment. I ask the desk agent for the keys, lady says owner handles that he will be right out. Owner has me folllow him into a back room and says system is down. I said here is everything I uploaded and my confirmation number, his response that means nothing and wouldn't look at my phone. He asks for id and cc. I provided both. Then says I need a veifiier that we can reach out to if needed, that knows why I need this rental. What? Gave him a name. Starts asking me where am I taking the truck from one house to another. He then says insufficient answer. What? Verifier not acceptable tell me another verfiier that is related and local. I said I have rented many uhauls at other locations and haven't been talked down to like this ever. He says "get out" we are done you are not renting my truck. Guy after me says I need the keys to the biggest box truck all paid ready to go, he takes one look at him and says I have no information. Kid says I am not going thru that stupidly long process again, and the owner says "get out you are not getting my truck. While we are both outside waiting for uber we called main uhaul number and complained as the owner prevented us from cancelling. Uhaul did right by us. This gas station needs to close. Its impossible to get a uhaul same day and this owner knew that. Stop giving your money to this complete ignorant tyrant.
