I called in the morning for a situation with a tire. They told me to come on down and they can help me. I was thinking the worst. As I was sitting in the front lobby, everyone that came in either knew the lady in the front, Lisa, or billy. Anyway, I just needed a plug in my tire. I went to see these guys towards the end of November 2023. Had been a few years since i had been down their. I called because I needed two new front tires for my car. They did get them for me, and put them on and all that stuff alignment, rotation etc. They told me two hours. Only took a little over an hour. These guys are great. I love their service. Would not recommend. Came in for TPMS issue and tire that needed patching. They did no work and told me sensors did not work (I doubt they actually even checked) and still charged me as if they had taken care of the issue. Was also told they patched my tire, which I realized days later they did not when I woke up to a flat tire. There are much better tire businesses in the area. read more

Billy and the rest of the team have always been kind, friendly and provide fair prices. Also, Billy will never sell you anything he doesn't think you need. 5+++ stars for this office. I had a flat tire today and googled/yelped the closest shops to where I was and I decided to these guys a chance. Even the phone call that I made just inquiring to see if they could fit me in went well; I received A+ customer service from the start. As a new customer, I am usually weary of mechanics but this shop made me feel at ease. Since I had just bought the car, they looked over it for free and even took me underneath to point out any damage that they saw. They even printed out a blue book value list for me! I really felt like they went above and beyond to help me out. Everyone that walked in seemed to know the owner "Bill" and his son "Billy" who were truly genuine people. I walked away with 4 new tires in less than 2 hours, and they even had two specials going that knocked my price down: a mail in warranty and a MA sales tax promotion. I don't think I have ever felt more comfortable with a car shop. Regardless of this place being out of my neighborhood, they have my business for life! read more

Billy and the crew here are awesome. Honest, trust worthy, fair, great prices and all around super helpful. He turned down the chance to do thousands of dollars in repairs when I asked if the car was worth it. He told me that it was not :( (damn I loved that car). His honesty cost him that repair, but saved me that and the car falling apart on me as I drove due to rot. It also earned him a loyal customer who will send ALL my friends to him. I'd give 5 stars but the parking was a bit tricky,especially since I went in a snowstorm. I was referred to Broadway Tire by a friend. I appreciated the quote provided over the phone, most tire stores won't do that. They had the tires I needed in stock. The staff was extremely friendly and I liked how the owner treated his employees. He was a friendly guy to them and all the customers. I was also surprised the tires were $55 cheaper per tire than the last time I got tires, years ago, for the same vehicle. The waiting area is clean and there's a large flat screen tv to watch while you're waiting. I would most certainly recommend them to friends and family. read more

This place is the BEST in the area for tires!! If you live in NH and buy here they will take the MA sales tax rate off of your tire purchase! I buy all of my tires here! There are NO up charges like at many other places. Everything is included in your purchase like tire stems, mounting, balancing, the air needed to fill (haha just kidding)! Most everyone else charges for those services. Tire disposal (as of this review) is free also. Also, if you buy 2 tires and have them installed, you get a free 4 wheel alignment! Their tire pricing is also competitive with all tire providers within a good radius. And they add all these services for free! Most all other places charge you for them! The warranty is equal to, or superior to any competitor in the area. I highly recommend Broadway Tire and Auto! They offer other vehicle repair/maintenance services as well, but I haven't needed any so can't review them in that aspect. Brought my car in for a tire rotation/balancing and alignment. They were able to fit me in the same day, and as I was waiting I saw them squeeze in several regular customers with quick fix issues - accommodating their customers is clearly a priority. Everyone was so nice, especially the woman at the desk (wish I had gotten her name). They were done sooner than I thought, and I was so surprised at the cost! I was expecting it to be much more! I overheard the woman putting the charges in saying they weren't going to charge for the rotation since they had to take the wheels off for the balancing anyways. Something tells me the meat heads at townfair tire wouldn't have had that same logic. I will definitely be coming here for tire/wheels next time I need them! read more

Great Service. Had to take my old Honda CRV to have my belts changed. They took my car right away was done earlier than the expected time I was given and on top of that they installed my side view mirror (which I already had the part) at no charge.
