I'm reading some of the older negative reviews and wondering if they changed hands. I also want to note the store is located next to Big Apple Bagels at 1963 Wisconsin Ave, Grafton, WI 53024. It seems they might have at one point been located in the plaza by Cost Cutters Hair Salon. Anyway, the place is spotlessly clean. The turnaround time on my clothing has been very fast! This last time, they told me I could pick up my pants a couple days later on Saturday. I got a call later that day from the clerk that accepted my pants, explaining that he had forgotten that they are closed Saturday for the holiday. He offered to rush my order and have it ready on Friday. I was in no hurry so I told him to just wait--I didn't need the pants that soon. I thought the call was very thoughtful. They can't clean leather jackets at this location so they had to send it somewhere else. Right off the bat they told me it was going to take a couple of weeks to get done, plus a week to deliver my jacket to the cleaner. I wasn't thrilled about that, but did appreciate them telling me up front. It seems like they don't clean leather jackets often because the employee said she doesn't do it often and had to ask two different people how to ring up my jacket. They asked me if they should call me when the jacket is done. I said yes, but a week after when it was supposed to be done, I called to see if it was ready for pick up. I've never had any problems here before but cleaning this jacket was a little more of a hassle than I expected. SIDE NOTE - The front counter is hollowed out in the front and there's a section filled Dum Dums. I always have to take one....or three. Of course I always pick the mystery flavors because I live life on the wild side.
