They have moved to Glorietta. I know that they are on the first floor, but I believe that they are now at Glorietta 3. This new location is very organized, but get ready to wait for a very long time. There is a priority line for seniors and those with a disability. Despite the priority line, I'm accustomed to waiting for at least one hour in order to be seen by a customer service representative. I canceled my postpaid mobile plan, because the price kept getting higher. Even though I went from postpaid to pre-paid, I was still billed for a postpaid account. Unfortunately, I could not dispute the charge with my bank, I was told that I needed to speak to Globe. What? I already canceled my postpaid plan. Why do I need to talk to Globe again? Now I understand all the 1 and 2 star reviews! I am being double billed? I was told that I would receive a final bill, instead I received a thank for my payment email. In other words, they'll continue billing me? I paid for my pre-paid service, and I also paid for a postpaid account with the same telephone number. After speaking to a Globe representative today, I was told that I will no longer be billed for a postpaid account. I guess I'll just have to wait and see next month. read more

Walang makausap sa GCASH!!! Nagpunta na rin ako sa Globe hindi daw sila connected sa Gcash!! Nag dial na rin ako sa 2882 walang silbe!!! I have been trying to pay my gcredit using my gcash but ayaw ilang beses na hangang sa due date na tapos ano lalagyan niyo ako ng charges???? Or kukunin niyo lahat laman ng gcash ko!???? Terrible customer service. Avoid this company until they get their act together. Could not understand 2 customer service reps at their 800 number. Then apparently given wrong code to activate texting. On 1-23-19 it took 5 customer service people involved for over 2 hours to fix a problem that could have been solved in 5 minutes at the Manila airport. read more

Clearly a company that hates its customers and doesn't give a flying fuck about them. This is without any doubt in my mind the absolutely WORST company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. You can't even call their customer service experience appalling because there is no customer service. Not even the worst customer service of American and Canadian mobile providers comes even close to the hell hole that Globe is. You can't reach anyone because they don't want to talk to you. Their support options require Facebook or Twitter or you're out of luck. You have to dial a land line to get mobile help and then you're listening to a robot that offers no help but reminds you of the great experience you're supposed to be having. Of course, you get charged extra on your mobile account because you've called a land line and had to navigate through countless options to get no help. My monthly postpaid bill is always, always, always wrong. I get charged for international roaming even though roaming is turned off and the phone is in airplane mode from the time I leave for the airport. Globe wastes hours of my time every month in my effort to fix the issues. Trying to load my prepaid number online is an exercise in futility and frustration. I only have 2 choices, none of which I need. Navigating their website? Who designed the user interface? Could they have picked someone slightly smarter than an imbecile? Well after 3 weeks and still no install you have run out of time, techs are good your management is a bunch of Asshat clowns! Harrasment on Good Friday for information you already had, texting my wife and I, calling , don't even know what the fuck you can offer, offered 50mbps for 1.895 then said it was 20 Mbps, finally we held you accountable and you just don't even show up or call after I chewed your asses a 3rd time for the sheer ignorance and stupidity! No one will do your business for you, I suggest you hire expirenced personnel and stop hiring these idiot kids to play business. You offered 50mbps in the store at Greenbelt4, then had it for 20 Mbps on the techs sheet, they said they could deliver the 50mbs and for the same.price so of course I said yes. Then constantly harrasing us for information you should have already had from your database in the store!! I will not be your communication link between your management and your techs, because of my time I lost money I will now be seeking damages. I urge everyone reading this to drop them like a bad habit and move to Smart! Or anywhere else! Can't even tie your own shoelaces or wipe your own ass without someone holding your hand. The only reason I gave them 1 star is cause you can't give a negative rating!!!!! The service was total shit, almost 2 hrs there and they still could do something as simple as sell me a new line of service. When I asked for a managers assistant they didn't even understand what I was asking for and they wouldn't give me a phone number or an email address or anything to contact the store manager.
