He was able to escalate the issue to upper management (about a 1-2 week process) and he remembered to give me a callback. I have since then promptly received my refund. Other associates I have spoken to were not nearly as helpful as Steve (if this were a general review of AAA, I would give them 2-stars). That said, I do not know if I got lucky with my situation or if this quality of service is consistent. Either way, I can vouch for and wholeheartedly recommend working with Steve because of his polite and positive demeanor. Thank you.

Our only disappointment was the botched transfer from the cruise ship to our hotel at the end of the cruise. The transfer voucher had an incorrect pickup address on it that we didn't notice- or even know. After waiting for over an hour, we had to make other arrangements. To add to that disappointment, we were not reimbursed for that transfer that we didn't use because of the snafu. Not sure where the snafu happened but we certainly didn't do it and knew nothing about it. We were told PF would try to get a refund but since that was over 2 months ago, I guess they were unable to do it and of course did not contact us to let us know. So, overall- a very good trip and great planning for us by Peace Frogs. I just wish they couldn't have fixed that one issue.

After several hours, we were told the kids had been rebooked--but split into three separate groups with only one chaperone per group. When they arrived at the airport around noon, two of the three groups were told they weren't actually on any flights. Apparently, the rebooking was never properly completed in the system. The students have now been stuck at the airport for nine hours, waiting for either a flight or a hotel, with no clear communication or plan from WorldStrides. This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable
