I think he was the same guy who did it last time but I did not get a name. I got a report on all 4 tires, pressure when I got there and how much was needed. I really think the Waynesboro store is top level service, good people, quality work. I will definitely use them when I get the next tires. I will explain, The van only had 3000 miles and was like new. The van was clean and drove similar to a van, but was noisy in my opinion. With going into a parking structure I confirmed the van height and called the apartment complex. So I certainly felt comfortable entering the garage. Unfortunately the initial height was correct entering the garage. However, the secondary height was several inches lower. The sound of peeling metal still is in my head. Once I returned the van damage was documented by staff and $250 deductible was corrected. The damage was per the rep likely $20k. The apartment complex reimbursed me since their info on height was bogus. I would use them again, but never again will I enter a parking structure with one of these type of moving vans,

I never got to the rotors/pads until a YEAR later when i noticed i was missing a rotor. It was my fault for not checking. I reached out to Barry about this discovery and thinking, how absurd this will sound to him. I really did not expect him to answer but Barry emailed me back AND called me to ascertain my address for the new rotor to be sent. Incredible! I cannot believe how decent and gracious he was. They even charged me a 2nd diagnosis fee in order for me to retrieve me vehicle. The total on a repair I was charged twice for ended up costing over $1,000.00. Run from this business!!
