It may cost more than a regular gym, but definitely worth every single . Its more like daily individual one-on-one training, with modifications that fit my size and abilities. I suffer from fatness and I can't YET do certain things, but I've been slowly making progress. I can now do things I couldn't do in over 30 years. The best part is feeling like I belong, regardless of size, age, color, disability or any other insecurities I might have HAD. Everyone, from owner to trainers and fellow Crossfitters, they motivate me, cheer me on, push me and always support me. That's what we all need. My daughter and I go several times a week, and it's never the same! always fun, challenging and do happy with our progress.

We all know cleanliness is a serious issue due to fungus, bacteria and germs in the women's bathroom which I've mentioned to the staff several times, especially regarding the showers. There was a Band-Aid in the first shower on the left on the pull out seat for over six weeks. It was very obvious to see it which means No one was cleaned that shower for six weeks!!! There were some long black hairs in the other shower, which I slid underneath the mat just to see if anyone pulled it up to clean I went back several times in two weeks and the hairs are still under the shower mat which means no one's cleaned it for over two weeks!! I've mentioned these to the staff and the manager, and nothing has been done yet except to inform me that I'm no longer welcome there since I was dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the bathrooms.

They are so kind and I genuinely enjoy seeing them every morning. They are always smiling and polite not only to me but also the kiddos. The kids LOVE them. The older kids respect and listen to them. The gym itself could use some improvement. I go to the gym around 8 every morning and the last week there has been empty paper towel holders in the bathroom and on the floor but the staff is nice and doing their best. There are a lot of people that go to Crunch and you can see they are trying they are extremely busy. No one is on their phone ever but constantly with a customer. I haven't had a single bad experience with the staff.

Despite the move, Crunch Yuma refuses to let me cancel unless I send a certified letter through physical mail. Forcing consumers into these ridiculous hoops is illegal under Arizona consumer protection laws regarding health club contracts, but management doesn't care. When I pointed out the illegality of their policy, the General Manager, Michael Martinez, was completely condescending in his email response. He ignored the law entirely and doubled down on the corporate red tape just to keep taking money out of my account. This place is completely anti-military and actively predatory toward anyone who has to move or PCS. Save yourself the headache and take your hard-earned money to a gym that actually treats its members--and military families--with basic respect.

Your always greeted when you arrive and acknowledged when you leave. My complaint and reason for the two stars is cleanliness especially this day in age. Several times I've seen someone cleaning the windows in front of the treadmills but the disgusting state of the treadmills is horrible and never have I seen anyone cleaning the treadmills or any other equipment. Always only the few windows in view of the treadmills, which is the only equipment I use. Sweat, snot, caked in dirt, dust it's just gross. I always go in with my own Clorox wipes clean my machine before and after I use it.

I went to Foothills and was to crowded. Didn't enjoy my workout. Gas prices are too high to be traveling to the Foothills. I chose PF cause it was closer to my house by Dome Avenue. This is poor business and angry customer. They take your credit card monthly and yearly dues out quickly.
