The owner Linda is very nice. However, I have been banned from The Complex because I informed the…read moremanager about the showers and bathroom not being cleaned for up to six weeks. We all know cleanliness is a serious issue due to fungus, bacteria and germs in the women's bathroom which I've mentioned to the staff several times, especially regarding the showers. There was a Band-Aid in the first shower on the left on the pull out seat for over six weeks. It was very obvious to see it which means No one was cleaned that shower for six weeks!!! There were some long black hairs in the other shower, which I slid underneath the mat just to see if anyone pulled it up to clean I went back several times in two weeks and the hairs are still under the shower mat which means no one's cleaned it for over two weeks!! I've mentioned these to the staff and the manager, and nothing has been done yet except to inform me that I'm no longer welcome there since I was dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the bathrooms.

Even then, it can seem a bit tight when you can hear an entire conversation, especially between the trainers and their students. They have a good variety of relatively new equipment, and are only really missing a stair-stepping machine. The feature that needs the most work is actually on the outside of the gym. A liquor store neighbors the gym, and a broken glass bottle (or two) is usually somewhere in the parking lot - sometimes the glass doesn't get picked up for several days. So, watch where you park! Snap is also open 24/7 and has three evenly and strategically dispersed locations in Yuma (in the Palms and Foothills).
