Your always greeted when you arrive and acknowledged when you leave. My complaint and reason for the two stars is cleanliness especially this day in age. Several times I've seen someone cleaning the windows in front of the treadmills but the disgusting state of the treadmills is horrible and never have I seen anyone cleaning the treadmills or any other equipment. Always only the few windows in view of the treadmills, which is the only equipment I use. Sweat, snot, caked in dirt, dust it's just gross. I always go in with my own Clorox wipes clean my machine before and after I use it.

Well, the day of her Triathlon I cheered for my sister and was in amazment of what she had accomplished. I was so proud of her, but never thought I would ever do anything of the sort. A few weeks later, I heard Emily Collins, owner of OnTrack Fitness was offering a Beginner's Half Marathon training. My good friend and co-worker came up to me and asked if I would be interested in doing this program with her and without any hesitation I said Yes. We attended our very first training class and I was terrified knowing what I had just gotten myself into, but Emily and staff explained and made me feel at ease that I was in good hands. I went home and told my sister immediately that I wanted her to do this with me. She agreed and there was no looking back after that. I'm happy to announce that I did complete my first half marathon! They have a good size turf area and also plenty of barbells for deadlifts. There were no employees when I went on a weekend but everyone seemed to be doing a good job of wiping equipment down. Overall very clean I went into the locker room it was clean as well. It's a spacious open gym and all weights were organized as well. They have boxing bags and plenty cardio equipment. They also have a kids club but it was closed on wkend. Next time I visit I would definitely go back here.
