He was additionally able to get me in promptly and we scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. The appointment occurred at my house which made everything a lot easier too. On the morning of the appointment Rick contacted me to let me know he was on his way and he arrived early. I wasn't home through the entire process as I had to work but he was in constant communication providing updates via text with photos. His quality of work and attention to detail is immaculate. I don't think I've ever had a car detail done with this much precision. The value you get for the time he spends doing the detail is non comparable. My 2007 Lexus while 16 years old, looks like a brand new vehicle inside. Rick also followed up the next day too which shows he goes beyond a quick business deal. He stated up front that of the car was "really bad" it would be extra but he would let us know when he evaluated the car. Very clear, up front and honest. The work ended up being a bit extra but only $25 more and this was clearly stated. The work was FABULOUS! The car looks spotless and smell fantastic! He was able to get of sticky kids stains and crumbs out of the gear shift! There was one pen spot on the passenger side that he was not able to get out but it looked MUCH better. My vehicle was not damaged before entering the wash, but after the wash I noticed visible scratches and paint damage. I reported the issue immediately. When I later spoke with the General Manager, Eli, the experience was extremely frustrating. He told me he was not going to fix my vehicle, stated that he did not believe the damage occurred at the wash, refused to inspect the vehicle in person, and hung up on me during the conversation. I was not provided a claim number, email contact, or any helpful follow-up information and had to contact corporate headquarters myself just to obtain the proper claims details. I have been a member for some time, but because of how this situation was handled--especially the behavior and lack of professionalism from management--I will be canceling my membership and will not be returning to this location. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this car wash.
