I had a spray tan last week. The woman was very professional and appeared to be helpful. However, she suggested I purchase the lotion and cleanser. She said that the lotion I had had sulfates in it and the cleanser foamed. When I got home I noticed that my cleanser did not foam and my lotion did not have sulfates in it. I have a picture of my tan on my right shoulder which does not have any tan on it and the back of my legs are lighter than the front ones. I asked what she was going to do about it and she said " nothing." I wanted to return the products and she said I could use them for my next tan, which I would never take. there. She went on to say I could not return the items. I did not get her name but she was not helpful at all. I took a picture of my shoulder but not sure how to send it. I am going to have to wear different clothes until the rest of my tan wears off. I am very disappointed with the whole situation. What ever happened to courtesy with the customers? Worst cut and color by a "seasoned professional." No introduction by the 2 stylists who started working on my hair, nor was I ever asked what I wanted. Literally had to stop them, Lilly and Lilith, ask them their names and if I could show them what I was looking for. They spoke amongst themselves in a different language and proceeded to do what they wanted. The phone was answered several times while they put bleach in my hair. Lily then left and I started to smell cigarette smoke from the back door. When I voiced my concern, Lilith stated "well we all smoke here so we don't mind it." I had to step out front just so I could breathe. Needless to say my hair was botched! I was charged $30 extra to tone and Lilith called me picky because I didn't like my orange highlights. She also told me not use Groupon if I expect so much. To make matters worse, the stylist working next to me was unmasked as well as his client! read more

I am not usually too picky with my hair but I honestly left the salon in shock. Although my experience was good and lily was nice, these were the results of my "highlights". I could've even look at myself in the mirror after leaving. Thank god I found Lili. I came into the salon with with very damaged hair from previous bleaching/highlights and really a really bad haircut where previous hair stylists have messed up. I only went in for a haircut as I wasn't sure if I was ready to do color but after talking to Lili I knew right away she knew exactly what she was doing. Not only did she work her magic on my dry brittle hair but she gave me the best blow dry ever and really subtle natural looking highlights which makes my hair look healthy. I have never gotten a blow dry where someone was able to achieve big curls. In the past, stylist have tried to give me a blow dry with curls but they would fall out before even leaving the salon. I was getting my hair styled because I was leaving out of town that day and my hair stayed exactly the same with all the curls for 4 days. That has never happened! I'm so impressed.
