More over, you want the confidence you're receiving the highest quality product possible. In light of those traits, Travis delivers on all fronts. Once comprised of a whole team, Travis is currently the sole vendor for Monkey Wraps. How I discovered him was....a long time in the making, actually. See, the quest for upgraded auto-aesthetics originally started way back in 2023. At the time, I was looking to do a total wrap. The price was more than fair for what I was seeking, but it would take some doing saving up the amount needed. So, I sat on the idea for a few years. And then I got an epiphany...from ChatGPT of all places. After some deliberating and image rendering with the bot, I thought to myself, "Self, what if, instead of getting a total wrap, we got highlights? It'd be both cheaper AND quicker." And so it was. With a few adjustments to the shade of green I wanted, I settled on a Gloss Green Envy; which proved to be absolutely perfect for highlight colors. Had it been a total wrap, I'd have gone with more of a dark forest green. But, I digress. In any case, I couldn't really justify putting a total wrap into a depreciating asset. Clearly, this was the better choice. I didn't come up with the idea of applying color to the base rockers until after the first set of media had been ordered (I'm so dumb sometimes). But, no matter. Each job, having been done on two separate visits, took approximately a day with overnight curing. And for those who were curious, a total wrap would have taken 5-7 days. So, yeah...this was better. It took me a while to finally write this review because I needed to bide out the 2 week recommended waiting time for curing to complete before washing my car so that I could take pictures. Needless to say, it was worth the wait. All in all, not a bad way to spend $1.3k if I do say so myself. It was certainly worth the 45 minute drive. And for those wondering why I didn't just go someplace closer like Lifesize Wraps in Manch Vegas, it's mainly due to 3 things.. 1.) They only had like 2 reviews at the time of this one. Whereas Travis' portfolio is immaculate and massive! 2.) I honestly didn't know they existed till after already booking with MW. 3.) I kept thinking about that original quote I got from him years ago. I guess it all just boils down to loyalty. Yeah, the place is hard as $#!@ to find the first time. But there are MW signs pointing you the direction to go if you know to look for them. You'll know you're in the right place once you reach a warehouse looking building with the #11 above and you're standing before a door with an 8 on it. There's even a Ring doorbell so you can communicate with Travis if he's not physically there. He accepts contactless digital payment (of course) and typically requires an initial deposit to get started; usually in the ballpark of $100 or so. Honestly, I can't say enough great things about Travis and his amazing talents! So, I'm just gonna wrap this up here (get it? XD) and give Monkey Wraps 5 shiny new Bimmers with Glossy Green highlights beaming down the highway out of 5.

The aftermarket remote starter on my new used car worked twice then stopped. After troubleshooting/YouTubing it myself for a few months (it was by then winter), I went to Automotive 12v Specialists on recommendation, who fixed the problem within an hour. Mike sold me a new remote after determining one of the two were busted, although the main problem appeared to be a loose antenna ring, which he adjusted. It worked for about two weeks but suddenly only intermittently. I took it back and Mike made a more definitive fix, which involved the immobilizer and the valet key. Again I was out in less than an hour, and like the first time, Mike explained exactly what was going on and what he did to fix it, which was a relief to me because it had been such a mystery. He did not charge me this time. He was extremely courteous in all my dealings with him. I believe that he was honestly focused on solving the problem, and in the hopefully unneccesary case I need to, I would not hesitate to go back again. read more

Reached out to Mike after seeing such great reviews Yelp about his services. I was looking to add an automatic start to my husband's truck (2015 Dodge Ram) as a surprise. Mike was very accommodating with my hectic scheduled and went into detail about the addition/product, which was great! I moved from a house to a apartment where I had to leave my suv outside. I thought it would be best if I got into a warm suv in the morning. I contacted Mike from Automotive 12V and he offered a 1500 foot viper remote control with a lifetime warranty. He was great explaining to me how to use this fairly easy device. What a great place. I had 2 remote car starters that wouldn't work and I had batteries put in but they still didn't work. That u pushes throw a cut out hole on metal bumper about 1 inch round hole which these little prongs hold in the hole Which the auto body shop installed a week or so before I was told the auto body shop super glued the wire to the metal. I don't care what they did! It's two wires it never should have cost that much in my option. So I ask for a break and it was a no! One more thing was @ 144 a hour then there 10 percent for shop expenses on each completion job it turn out to be about 166 a hour. Some what price yee! So beware. Nice persons work there.

What is the best customer service in the world?…read more Think about that for a moment. You are in a tight spot, you call multiple vendors. The shop you have been going to for 15 years don't have the time to help you or are too faraway. My car had been totaled. And it was faraway from home in Salem, MA. It had very expensive speakers and amplifier which I had to remove before it was sent to salvage. I called everyone I knew. I was desperate to get my stuff off the car. I talked to some people I could barely understand. I called a shop where some weird music was being played as their ring tone. Auto Sound saved my life! I had given up on good customer support in this world. Whether you pay $1k per month or $70k per month I have seen some bad customer support. I can tell you these guys rank high up there with the best of the best. I can give you names of some big corporate businesses where no matter how much money you throw at them you get bad support. This is how customer support should look like and I can tell you there were the best people I have ever talked to about anything, anywhere. There was some real empathy for my situation. They went above and beyond. Well beyond above and beyond. If I am spending $100 on anything, after this experience I would like it to go to these folks. At the end of the day, it does not matter what they are selling and which brands they deal with. These people will look after you with the kind of empathy you probably only see from close family. Don't take your money elsewhere. If you have anything to do with anything in cars, you won't get better looked after anywhere else. I have a weekly review with a company, my company pays big bucks to deal with. I am adding this place to the list of best customer support from any vendor I have seen - in the big leagues. Sometimes people forget what real customer service looks like, and it always helps to provide some concrete examples. Auto Sound is one of them.

Wanted something with CarPlay and Bluetooth capabilities. Drove out less than an hour later with new Sony touchscreen stereo installed. I got lucky due to a cancellation, but was amazing that they could accommodate me right then and there for a very reasonable price. Sound quality is better than it ever has been with the new stereo. More than happy!

He asked me to look over the car to be sure I was satisfied, which I was (very!) and I was on my way. The whole experience was quick and they did a really good job. Really great work on the details, car was super clean and smelled great. He even got the weather tech mats really clean (they looked brand new!) Excellent job overall (communication, flexible times, awesome work and reasonable prices). I would definitely recommend this business for car detailing and will come back again.

Sure, I could go out and buy a new car with that feature, but who wants to deal with car payments? A much more cost-effective solution was to install a backup camera and a video monitor. I researched what the big-box stores had to offer, but I wasn't impressed with their wireless or license plate-mounted options. (Quick tip: Some plate-mounted cameras can obstruct part of your license plate, like the state name or motto, which could technically get you pulled over for plate obstruction!) I wanted something that looked factory-installed, not like an aftermarket add-on, and Pro Car Sound and Security in Malden delivered exactly that. I stopped by after work on a Friday, and the place was buzzing like a club--people were coming and going non-stop. Clearly, this is the spot in Malden. As soon as I walked in, they took care of me immediately. The staff was super friendly and kept offering snacks and drinks from their well-stocked snack station. The bathroom was spotless, and there was plenty of seating. Plus, their shop had all kinds of cool gadgets to check out while I waited. If my wife decides to get a backup camera installed, we'll definitely be coming back here. This was the perfect tint %, I was not sure what % to get since my seats are white but it came out exactly how I wanted. Solar Solutions is run by a wonderful & friendly couple! Each interaction was great and both are extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. I've brought all my family cars to them. Referred my friends and family and also recently a Tesla Highlander. Bruno works really fast, they use suntek film which is top notch film, lifetime warranty. Just treat windows with car and never had a problem. I believe each window is laser cut for perfect size film for your vehicle. Appointments are easily booked, show up and relax in their waiting area with drinks and snacks! Definitely a great upgrade from the Bedford location and closer to me which is a plus! I'll continue to bring more business to these folks with each new whip or friend who asks for a tint plug! AC, snacks, drinks, and quick service. They offer, regular tint, ceramic tint, nano ceramic etc. all your tinting needs for home auto or boat.
