There are silicone brushes in their tunnel (not cloth brushes) so you don't have to worry about dirt/debris ruining your car's paint and clear coat. There's also a touchless wash that is open 24/7. I've never timed it, but the touchless wash lasts a long time and is pretty thorough. We pay for the monthly wash for two cars and it is well worth it.
