When my daughter and I were in the CS area a couple months ago, we had to hit up the local mall. (According to my daughter.) This place is kind of tucked back in a corner but my daughter and I stumbled on it, and we are glad we did. It was really fun. It is really dark but everything is lit up with trippy black light colors. One price lets you play both courses. The course itself could definitely use a face lift as its a bit rundown but it didn't impact how much fun we had. My daughter got the ball in the hole on the last hole so she won a free game; unfortunately we couldn't use it because we were heading home the next day. This was a fun little distraction for us and I think we would hit it up again if we are in the area in the future. read more

Glow Golf caught our eye while we were walking through the mall, so we decided to stop in and give it a try. We're glad we did because it ended up being a lot of fun! The course features two glow-in-the-dark mini golf courses with 17 holes each, so there's plenty to play. The glowing artwork and atmosphere made for a fun, unique experience, and we had a great time. One thing to be aware of if you're planning to use the military discount: everyone in your party has to show a military ID to receive the discounted rate. We weren't told this until it was time to pay, which was frustrating and, in my opinion, should have been communicated up front. It would have made the process much smoother. A couple of other things to know before you go: there's no air conditioning inside, so it can get pretty warm, especially in the summer. Also, there isn't a restroom on-site. If you need one, you'll have to walk down to the JCPenney restroom in the mall. Despite those inconveniences, we really enjoyed ourselves. If you're looking for a fun indoor activity while shopping, Glow Golf is definitely worth checking out, as long as you know what to expect before you arrive. read more

We enjoyed our game. Thanks to a previous reviewer, we were aware that everyone in our family needed to show military IDs to get the discount, so we arrived prepared. On arrival, there were two families ahead of us, so we were told that there was a 30 minute wait to start to allow social distancing. My husband asked if it was possible to have her call us when we could come back, and within 15 minutes she called. We first had to read the rules and agree to them (everyone MUST wear a mask, including covering your nose, at all times, or you will be asked to leave with no refund; all members must wait at the hole until everyone is done that hole; leave 1 hole between your party and the group in front of you....nothing unreasonable). Upon paying, she handed each of us our club and dropped our choice of golf ball into our hands. We were also given a score card with a clipboard and pencil tied onto a string. We got there 1.5 hours before closing, and we were told that we could start with the first 17 holes, and if we had time, the second set of 17 holes, both finishing at the Plinko style 18th hole. The first thing we noticed when we started was how many black lights were there....everything was well lit. We also enjoyed seeing the different clothing items we had on light up too. All 17 of the first group of holes were different from each other, and all well constructed with no loose pieces and nothing broken. There was a limit of 5 tries for each hole to keep the game moving, but we had 4 hole-in-ones between our family of 4, so it was fun and challenging. 45 minutes before closing, the woman in charge came around to each group to let us know. We thought it might be tight, so we finished 17, did number 1 on the second set (it was the moving windmill!!) then went to hole 18 to turn in our golf balls. We had to wait until she was able to watch, because if you got a hole in one on the higher hole, you got a prize. My son went first (he had the highest number of 5s on the score card) and he got a hole in one....it made his entire night! His prize was a free game. The rest of us barely missed that hole, but we were so happy for him that we were ok not getting the prize too. We returned our clubs to the used box by the cash register, turned in the clipboard, and were offered a squirt of sanitizer. It smelled extra nice and we were told they add a touch of essential oils to make the alcohol smell disappear a bit (great idea!). We were just visiting from out of town, but we will go back if we come to Co Springs again! My husband gave the free game to a friend who lives there so they can enjoy a fun time too. I forgot to take pictures, but the walls were covered in glowing animals, the decorative plants glowed, and the holes were also decorated with glowing paint. read more

So we were nervious about going here with the Covid scare. They advised us that they were following every recommended percaution given to them by CDC. At first I was a little concerned because she took cash and then handed out equipment without sanitizing. However, there was sanitizer on counter so we were able to clean the putters. At the end they wiped everything down well. The kids had fun and we got to relax and enjoy being out for a moment...even in masks! read more

While on the road full-time, we try and do things we haven't quite found anywhere else or couldn't do anywhere else. Even though I'm not a big putt putt golf fan, I hadn't ever done glow in the dark putt putt golf. With Colorado Springs getting some seriously heavy rain, and having found a Groupon for $7 total, we thought we'd give it a try and stick with something indoors. Oh it was so pathetic. I was hoping for more real obstacles and neat contraptions for conquering each hole. It was clearly some cheap stuff thrown together to look like a golf corse. Not to mention it's not even completely in the dark like the picture portrayed and is located in a mall with lots of lighting coming inside. On top of that it's mostly a kids attraction and the kids were just walking all over it as we golfed. It took the fun out of it and even made the Groupon not worth the money. read more

My hubby and I took our almost four year old here on a rainy Saturday night, and those of you with minions know how hard it can be to keep them entertained. Well, the mini me managed to play through 18 holes without complaining! No small feat right there. Used a Groupon for this place. $15 for a family of 4 unlimited golf. We went to kill a few hours since we were from out of town. We played 2 rounds of golf with two kids aged 6 and 13 and they loved it. Husband and I had a good time seeing the kids have so much fun. Glow in the dark was pretty cool...a different spin on putt putt golf. Would recommend to anyone wanting to do something "different" with the kids. read more

My BF and I came here and used a groupon + promo code for the mini golf and laser maze which was a grand total of like $9 for both of us. I wasn't expecting it to be a grandiose amusement park like I think some disappointed customers were, but for the price, it was definitely better than expected. We ended up having a lot of fun! I've done mini golf at 15+ places and there were still a couple obstacles I hadn't seen before. Someone else mentioned the mall made it too light inside but I disagree. The place is pretty big and the courses aren't even at the front... it's definitely pretty dark. The employee working was friendly and personable. And my favorite part was, despite it being a Sunday afternoon, there were very few other people... the only other group was doing the second course while we did the first, so we could goof around and go at our own pace and be left alone. read more

It was a cool experience with the whole glow in the dark golf concept. They have 2 miniature golf courses for the whole family to enjoy regardless of age. It was decorated neatly and just a carefree atmosphere. For $7 unlimited golfing, you can't beat cheap fun with a constant entertaining 5year old. Right off the bat, I was a little annoyed when the girl working there required that my 10 year old daughter have a dependent ID in order to get the military discount (I'm active duty military), but I got over it, but then she actually called mall security on us when we were about half way through the game because our masks slid off our noses a couple times. My family of 4 was literally the only customers in the store and we were keeping our masks on and I know mine kept falling off my nose but I kept adjusting it. What cracks me up is that she had to walk near us to check because she couldn't see from her desk so if she was that concerned for her own safety, she risked it to see if we were wearing masks properly. Again we were the only people in the store so who were we affecting? Absolutely ridiculous and an owner who thinks this is appropriate doesn't deserve me business or anyone else's. read more
