Employee takes her job WAY too seriously. The place was completely empty and we came as a group of 6. Since the rules say 5 max in a group, she said we still had to split up. We did so, but sometimes we turned around to watch our friends complete the last hole. She followed us around to continue telling us to stay apart. lol we were the only ones in the place as you can see by the photos. She also came over once to tell us to "place the ball on the ground" instead of dropping it down into the tee area on each new hole. Like...if your course can't handle that, how can it handle us standing on it to putt? Gave 2 stars because the place is actually nice but the employee brought the experience down a lot. read more

The place is beautiful!! The environment is so open and neon if the glow is very nice to mini-golf in. the only down side is that it is 15$ per person is little pricey but still worth it. No matter this would recommended to all for a fun time!! read more

They charge $10 for each person to have "unlimited golfing" but the two "courses" were the same. Just remade on the other side of the room. Employees were extremely Covid safe, however it seemed there were 10+ new rules in place preventing you from spending time with other groups should you want to meet up with friends. Reservations are required (which doesn't entirely match up with the "unlimited golf" we were charged for either). The holes are made up of plywood, carpet, pvc pipe, and duct tape, maybe 3-4 cool holes in both courses total. Overall, pretty disappointed. Way better courses for your money at lost island mini golf or just literally any other place. $20 wasted honestly. If I could give a .5 of a star, I would. read more

Very rude costumer service. Wasnt fun it smelled like the worker was smoking weed in the back. There was a closet with weed smelling stuff coming out not safe for children. Doesnt even have all 36 holes, with 2 corses. Recommend mini golf over this any day. read more

My son wanted to go here for his birthday, so we went and arrived to check in at about 4:15 on a Sunday afternoon. The girl at the front desk checked us in and told us all the rules and told us we could play both courses for the price. We got started and while we were still on the first course, she came out and told us they were closing in 10 minutes and we would have to leave at that time. She never said anything about the limited time we had available when we checked in and we did not get anywhere close to finishing the second course before being kicked out. We were not offered any discount or other incentives to return, so we will not be back. The course itself, what we got to finish, was fun and it would have been a nice time if we had been able to complete both courses. Very poor customer service. read more

After walking by Glow Golf countless times at the Chapel Hills Mall, we took our kiddos and decided to check it out. You check in at the front desk and select your course - there are two. We opted for the jungle themed course which is the easier option. The aquatic themed course is suited for a higher skill level. We also purchased a ticket for the laser maze for each of our kids. Really fun course - cute themes at each hole, many of them with moving features which added to the challenge. Great music to get into a fun mood, and all under black lights with each color popping in neon, really fun. The total price for the four of us was $35.00 (2 adults and 2 kids, plus the laser maze)The play was unlimited, had we not had to leave for a dinner reservation we could have stayed for much longer. This is a pretty great deal, so if you eat before going you can really make a day of it. The staff was friendly and the kids also loved the laser maze. We'd definitely come back and do it again. I also inquired about birthday parties- they provide a party room and unlimited golf play. You bring a cake and any food and beverage you plan to serve. The prices for that were reasonable, I might consider this for upcoming birthdays. read more

Terrible service and far too expensive for the experience. The lone employee was away from the desk for several minutes when we arrived (no one else was around). When we had questions, she was too busy talking in the phone to be helpful. A bunch of the carpets on the holes were bunched up and messed up the shots. Not worth it. read more

This place is a cheap and easy way to kill time with kids. However, it's about a million degrees in there, and it feels like a swamp. Not a bad place to spend $10 for unlimited mini golf though. We went here on a very snowy night when there wasn't much to do and had a great time! It's not a fancy mini golf place but it's very well organized and fun. The lazer game was NOT that loud as the other reviewer mentioned. In fact it was so much fun we bought more tokens to go again. I would definitely recommend this place. I love putt putt, but this place just doesn't measure up. And the lazer tag game makes so much noise (even when no one is playing it,) I left with a splitting headache. I can't complain about the pricing at least, deals are everywhere. I've seen them on Groupon and Rubber Dollar. Good fun for the kids for the price when the weather is bad. Didn't notice any noise from laser tag. Staff extremely nice.

The store is okay, half of the course is all beat up or broken. I don't know how many times I've came in and the windmill, octopus thing, fog machine or something else's wasn't working. They only have on worker working at a time. During this winter break the young girl that was working, was being crowded , yelled at, people leaving, throwing their stuff at her. She didn't even have time to call for help or even take a breath. To me that isn't true management or how you run a business. Yes kids have fun but when parents come stay with your children. They tell you the rules about not having any kids 10 years and younger being unattended. It's not their job to watch your kid and to tel them every five minutes to stop running. I'm more concerned about the construction of this golf course and the things employees have to deal with. read more
