The morning of the visit I called to cancel or reschedule due to a conflict and was told there would be a $50 late-change fee, so I rearranged my day to keep the appointment. When I arrived, I was told I was too late for a touch-up but too early for a new injection--so no treatment could be performed. I had driven from work and canceled my other commitment for nothing. When I called to cancel future appointments and for an explaination, Paige said the issue was that I hadn't told her that morning it was a follow-up; when I asked her to clarify, she denied saying that. While the injectors themselves have been adequate, the management experience--Paige and Amber in particular--has been frustrating due to inconsistent information, poor communication and Paige's tenuous relationship to the truth. I escalated my complaint to the national customer service line after being gaslit by Paige. When I later called the clinic for the injectors' names, I was told that no further information would not be provided and redirected to the 800 number.

I have been coming to this office for years and highly recommend it. My dermatologist is Ashley Biggs and she's great. Her assistant, Deidre is also very helpful. The wait has never been an issue for me. The staff at the front desk are always very friendly and helpful when scheduling appointments and follow-ups.They are also very considerate in terms of how expensive prescriptions can be. Sometimes if the prices go up, I can just call and ask them to recommend more affordable options. The building has a parking garage right next to it so that is never an issue. You have to go up to the 5th floor for the offices. The spa is on the first floor. People confuse the two sometimes. They partner with the Skin Care Institute and often offer discounts for their treatments.
