After my second appointment, I noticed movement and booked a touch-up, specifying that I needed additional treatment for my "11s." The morning of the visit I called to cancel or reschedule due to a conflict and was told there would be a $50 late-change fee, so I rearranged my day to keep the appointment. When I arrived, I was told I was too late for a touch-up but too early for a new injection--so no treatment could be performed. I had driven from work and canceled my other commitment for nothing. When I called to cancel future appointments and for an explaination, Paige said the issue was that I hadn't told her that morning it was a follow-up; when I asked her to clarify, she denied saying that. While the injectors themselves have been adequate, the management experience--Paige and Amber in particular--has been frustrating due to inconsistent information, poor communication and Paige's tenuous relationship to the truth. I escalated my complaint to the national customer service line after being gaslit by Paige. This company steels your money for services they cannot provide. The staff at the Tulsa location is very nice and helpful. I went there to have hair removal and was told after my initial visit that I was not a candidate for this treatment area. They would send my file over to the corp office and ask for my refund for the services. I received my call and was told that they would stop any additional charges for future services and credit my account for balance due. I am confused what balance!!! I paid a deposit of $364.71 for my membership that I will not be able to use now and $114.71 for my monthly payment on service I wanted and now have been advised will not work for me. They really should not sale a service that they cannot provide. And refund all your money if they cannot provide. I was willing to pay for my 1 service that rendered however, I feel like I should have been told that day the treatments will not work. I am very disappointed in this company! Absolutely the biggest waste of money I have ever seen. I wanted to do something nice for myself for turning 50. I spent $3500 to get 8 CoolSculpting sessions. I was so excited!!!! I have never done anything like this for myself. First, I had to wait more than 2 months for my first appointment. Then I get there and they hook me up to the machine. At the end of that session the lady told me that counted as 4 sessions because they had to use the larger template ‍. I came back the next day and had another sessions. They changed me for 4 sessions again since they had to use the larger template. I asked why they would recommend 8 sessions and then cut them in half??? The lady on the phone who sold me my nightmare saw my gut and what I was looking to change. She never said ONE WORD about different size templates! Long story short, this procedure did not one thing for my fat!!!!!! If anything it looked worse because it was bruised and sore. But I never did look any different. COMPLETE WASTE of money! Heh. Where do I start? I have uploaded pictures of myself between September and November of 2020, when I had gained some weight during the pandemic. I have always suffered from body dysmorphia even though I had a fairly flat stomach. So when I had my initial CoolSculpting visit in December of they did warn me that the opposite effect was possible, but rare (I've attached some screenshots from studies so keep them in mind if you are considering this procedure.) They also told me that if I did gain weight and my treated area was disfigured that their insurance would cover surgery to fix it. I gained weight between my first and second treatment but when I went back to address the issue of fat gain specifically in the treated area they refused to acknowledge that. I started hitting the gym and dieting more between my second treatment and my 3rd appointment, which was just a follow-up. I had gotten back down to my starting weight. This is important because initially it looked like there was some results from the Coolsculpting. I can assure you this was solely diet and exercise. Then over the next several months and the following year I began notice that my lower abdomen specifically was disfigured. It is not responsive to diet and exercise. I addressed the issue directly with Ideal Image and they said 1. My stomach "wasn't hard enough" 2. If I gained weight it was my fault and 3. "Well Coolsculpting is not surgery." Please keep in mind that 2 cycles of 4 treatment areas was over $3k and I could have easily put that money towards surgery, had they not touted this procedure as being just as effective without the risks. I would never advise this procedure or this company to anyone. They are not honest about the prevalence of adverse effects nor do they honor their promises. I would NEVER recommend using Ideal Image. They hooked me with a deal when I first called and when they asked me to prepay I wasn't concerned. However, after I paid and tried to schedule an appointment (which is a different number altogether), it turns out they are booked MONTHS in advance. I wouldn't recommend Ideal Image. Paid over $3,000 for laser hair removal. Got 16 months to complete treatment up to 9 treatments. However, the pandemic hit and now SURPRISE my contract has expired. Have the treatments worked...not really. I'm 3 treatments short on my bikini and 2 short in my under arm. Doesn't matter I now need to pay a copay in order to complete my treatments. Don't do it!!! Go somewhere else! Apparently, when we were all locked down they were allowed to open one month later--which I don't believe and if so why didn't they contact their clients who they cancelled their appointments. Overall would not recommend. Initially paid thousands of dollars and went through the allotted 7 treatments for back hair removal which resulted in 40% improvement at best. I should mention that before starting treatments I was assured their laser treatment would be "extremely effective" in removing the type/color of my back hair. Was offered 2 additional treatments due to poor result. The first one was canceled due to them being closed for covid and I canceled the second one because it was summer and I had gotten a bit of a tan. When I went to reschedule apparently they had "changed their policy," and thus reneged on their previous offer due to a new time limited policy I was never made aware of. So, basically, it was expensive, didn't work and they couldn't care less about their outcomes. I love my results thus far from my laser hair removal. I've done this in the past; probably 10 year ago but I don't believe what they were doing was in fact laser treatments (different facility different state). They truly are accurate in getting those dark corse hairs on the first treatment. Will continue my package deal which was an awesome deal as well. I used to go to the med spa in Claremore and had excellent results every time. I thought that I could get a membership at ideal image for a discounted rate on the product such as wrinkle relaxer. You get what you pay for. I spent an insane amount of money and MINIMAL results. I let the facility know and I was even told by one of the staff members that others have complained about the wrinkle relaxer and sometimes they get a "bad batch". I wasn't offered any resolution and they simply took pictures. When I'm used to going in every 4 months at the Claremore spa, I had to reach back out within a month and half at ideal image. They did another procedure and told me to call in two weeks of I had the same problem and sure enough I did! I called and was told a physician would schedule with me. Another 2 weeks pass and I hear nothing so I call and am told the manager will reach out to me. I guess we'll see but I have serious doubts they will do anything. $1000.00 wasted on a membership and wrinkle relaxer. I feel robbed and truly disappointed. I absolutely will not be going back and HOPE this place will give me my wasted money back. ZERO expectations for real resolution. No accountability, no follow through. Lesson learned- should have payed a little more and stayed at my original facility. Update: I get a call shortly after I post to come in for the eval. It's funny that it takes an extreme complaint to get an eval scheduled. As expected, nothing was resolved. I go in and they show me the before and after pictures and I explained yet again, my expectations were not met and it's like I never even received Botox in some areas. But I'm getting reassurance at it "looks really good" and that they can't help fine lines. After telling them that my expectations were set by the prior facility I've been going to, I know what it should look like. So at this point, I just want financial recovery. I feel like I was spoken to like this was just a little bit of pocket change that I've invested. $250 for a membership that I won't be using in addition to the 700 spent on a product that minimally worked and didn't work in some areas. Now I'm going to have a case submitted and hopefully they'll get back to me in a week. I truly hope that somebody will see this and steer clear of this facility. I have been getting laser hair removal services for a year and a half. I live over an hour away and have had to reschedule twice and each time they didn't have anything available for over 3 months. I get multiple emails and texts advertising all their specials but I can't get the services I have already paid thousands of dollars for completed in a timely manner. Absolute ZERO!! This place is a big fat steaming pile of crap!! Don't trust them. They will rip you off if they have the chance. I put a deposit down for cool sculpting. Ended up not being able to handle it due to health reasons. (Which they should've caught by looking at the chart THEY made that I wouldn't be able to do that specific treatment) They gave me a credit of the $500 I put down and said I could come in ANYTIME to get a different treatment that I wanted. No time limit. I call a few months later to make an appointment for another treatment. Everything's fine, I'm getting my appt. made until she says that they canceled my contract (not even 2 weeks or so before I called) which is supposed to last over a year so I couldn't get anything done and I couldn't have my credit anymore and I couldn't get it back. I was lied to when they said I could come back in anytime. They lied and they stole from me. The person that deals with all of that just woke up one day and decided to cancel my credit for no reason at all other than she felt like it. Don't trust them with your hard earned money. Don't do it. You know you shouldn't. Just pay the slight extra at a real medspa, something locally owned that you don't have to have a contract to do any treatment. I signed a contract like an idiot basing what the contract said on what my sales girl Bethany told me it meant. She remainded on the phone while I read the contract. Seemed helpful at the time but I see now it was to interpret the meaning in a way that would get me to sign. So for your benefit I have translated some of the terms for you, Unlimited for 16 months in Ideal Image speak actually means limited to 9 treatments total of the area you purchased and at a minimum of 8-10 weeks in between treatments. Oh and its really hard to get scheduled unless you have 20 mins to wait on hold. They had a good team write the contract, make sure you have a good team read it. Tried to get my money back after finding out I had been completely lied to. Once they have your money they are impossible to get in touch with and no help whatsoever when you do. Filed a complaint with the BBB. Writing as many reviews as I can. Getting a lawyer to read the contract tomorrow and see if there is any chance to get out of it. Thats all I can do. read more

I heard about this on the radio and I wanted to give it a try. I hate shaving and it is hard for me due to a very bad knee. The staff there worked with me with some things and made things possible. I have been nothing but pleased with my experience at Ideal Image in Tulsa. I love the ladies there and the RNs are very professional and answers all the questions I have, even if they are silly or embarrassing.
