Witch! She is an absolute Witch. This woman made the delivery of my third baby traumatizing. She performed a C section on me and scattered my internal organs. I bled for 8 months after my C section. At the hospital while i was in the most terrible pain, my Husband wondered what type of medication they were giving me and they said Tylenol and Gabapentin. Really!!! For a C-section patient? While she came in for an examination, she saw that i was in terrible pain and crying and she said, you said your in pain, but your eating. She is an insensitive waste of space. This woman sent me home with Tylenol and Gabapentin as my pain management. read more

I'm not normally one to leave negative reviews, but picking an OB to deliver your baby is a huge decision and I want other future moms to know the experience I had. Also, I hope this prevents anyone having to switch doctors at 37 weeks like I had to. While there were a lot of small red flags with Dr. Conyac throughout the entire pregnancy, the biggest issue I had with her was regarding the size of my baby. Around 28 weeks is when she continuously told me that "a big baby is not a healthy baby" and that "it's the moms fault". My husband and his two brothers were 10lb babies and his grandfather was a 13lb baby. She said that did not matter and continued to make me feel absolutely terrible like I was doing something wrong. I passed my glucose test, yet she still made me test my blood sugar 4 times a day which was never anywhere near a concerning level. The final straw with her was when she told me that "big babies gain weight in the wrong places like their shoulders and she could get stuck and I could die." Talk about terrible bedside manner. As a first time mom, I already had the typical worries and concerns about labor, but to hear your doctor tell you that you could die was absolutely insane. As the person that I am suppose to trust with my delivery, she should have discussed my options such as getting induced early or a c-section if she was that concerned instead of instilling fear into me. She also tried to tell me at my last appointment that I had hypothyroidism. The best part is I found out by a front desk worker calling to inform me that I needed to start taking thyroid medication every day. Dr. Conyac herself never talked to me about this situation. I had access to all of my blood work on the patient portal and could not find anything that showed I had an issue with my thyroid, so I never started taking the medication (thankfully). Once switching doctors, turns out there was absolutely nothing wrong. When I transferred doctors, someone from Dr. Conyac's office called to ask why I cancelled my appointment without rescheduling and I told them the situation. Their response, "thank you for the information". Absolutely no care in the world that I had a bad experience or any attempt to fix or even apologize for what happened. Thankfully I was able to switch to Dr. Tracy Hays at 37 weeks. She was the most perfect doctor I could have ever asked for. I gave birth to our beautiful baby girl May 23rd and she ended up only weighing 8lbs 2oz. read more

Unfortunately, the few reviews are so true. The wait times are ridiculous, if you wait to be seen 30-40 mins past your scheduled appt time you're lucky bcus on avg I think I waited over an hour many times i came here. I only came to this office the last 10 weeks of my pregnancy in 2022 so that speaks volumes. read more

I came here three times and had a bad experience each time. After the nurse took my vitals and had me undress and put on a gown, I was left in the patient room waiting for Dr. Conyac for 50-60 minutes each time. During my second appointment I had concerns about some pregnancy symptoms I was experiencing, and after I waited for her for an hour Dr. Conyac came in and I began talking to her about my symptoms and she seemed confused and asked if there was a possibility that I was pregnant. We had discussed my plan to get pregnant at my previous appointment, I had called the office and reported the pregnancy as soon as I got a positive test, and her staff tested me when I arrived that day and got a positive result as well. Not only was she an hour late, but she didn't remember anything about me as a patient and didn't bother to refresh herself on my history or even glance at my chart. I'm not sure if this indicates incapability as a doctor or apathy toward her patients, but I do not trust her care, and the fact that she was extremely late for each appointment without an appropriate explanation tells me that to leave a patient waiting alone for an hour is normal for her and to be expected. Her staff is also unfriendly and off-putting. Overall, this was the worst experience I've had at a doctor's office. read more

The occasional wait times are worth it when you get quality and thorough care! I highly recommend Dr. Conyac. She is very knowledgeable and my surgery went great. She takes the time to explain things in dept, and treats accordingly. Always impressed! read more

I came to this practice two times..and in both occasions I had to wait VERY long periods of time before they even acknowledged the Dr was going to be late at all. Today, they had me get ready, took my samples including blood and left me waiting undressed for over 30 minutes. When I came outside to ask about the waiting time.. they started to contact the Dr who happened to have just started a surgery. While I understand emergencies happen.. they should update their patients that are literally undressed waiting in the room next door. The first time, I was understanding about the same situation.. but not today... that If I don't ask.. they dont even know I am there waiting. Very unprofessional, and lack of patient care... They were quick to offer extra services... which I accepted.. but showed NO CARE at all after I had wasted all the time waiting ...they simply asked if I wanted to reschedule. I would not recommend this DR to anyone ! Her office staff is unprofessional and rude, Dr Conyac misdiagnosed , lied to and did not treat me as a patient . I met her after having my son , due to my original OBGYN having to suddenly go on emergency medical leave . I was very upfront with Dr Conyac in my treatment plan and wanted to stick with the original plan from my dr . After going through 13 years of infertility in this last pregnancy being very complicated and high-risk the importance of my care as well as the time restraints due to my INS going to lapse . She agreed and I went to see her , I gave her my full medical history , offered to bring my medical records from previous DRs . From the very first appointment she began to push IUDs aggressively, despite me telling her that is not what I wanted that I had gone through 10+ years of trying different things and was ready for the hysterectomy. Over the course of the next six weeks I had a few doctor visits with her, and several phone calls with her office , where are you IUD was pushed despite me continuing to deny it , A appointment where I had to do a vaginal ultrasound and breast-feed at the same time - not supportive at all to nursing a Mom , then was rushed and not supported at all so they could get next patient in room , I was told different stories from her directly about insurance and having the hysterectomy done after her agreeing to do it. When talking with her staff Nicole , her office manager was extremely rude and was told they are waiting on INS . Finally i went for a second opinion , once I went for that second opinion her office canceled my biopsy appointment for what they told me was pre-cancerous cells on my cervix stating that they did not know they needed pre-authorization from insurance and that I was seeing a new doctor anyways even though I just went for a second opinion, they then would quit communicating with me, and anytime I did get in touch with them they were rude and told me that I would get a call back. I contacted my insurance, which then my insurance told me that not once I had Dr. Cognac's office contacted them to get pre-authorization to have the surgery nor the biopsy. I I told them in detail about all that I've gone through with Dr. Cognac's office and they couldn't believe it . decided to get my medical records physically from Dr. Cognac's office which is when I asked why that I have been lied to all this time , the front desk lady said she will go ask , I was left waiting for some time before finally I left . It is sad to know that we trust our lives and our health in the hands of doctors like cognac only to be taken advantage of lied to and strung along it is obvious that she does not care about her patients in her office staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. read more
