It seemed like a good option at the time, but after I had my stitches removed the wound reopened the same day. When I noticed, I had messaged the emergency line on what I needed to do to avoid infection or if I needed to be restitched. These folks NEVER responded, I'm not even sure they were aware. Anyways, I eventually got into contact with the surgeon and we did what we could. This was after I went to 2 ERs for an assessment on the damage. I inquired about a refund on my ER bills (even just one) with my Consultant Tiffany Thomas (who seemed to also be completely unaware about this surgery complication). She said she would check with her supervisor... it's been radio silence ever since. Again, I would commend the surgeon (Dr. Davis) and his team for their work and willingness to remediate. I would NOT recommend We Grow Hair and their consultants / team as a whole. Complete failure of communication and lack of care from them. You'll be better off spending the $11,000 it costs elsewhere. Trust me, this decision is permanent, do it somewhere that actually cares.

CVS called me about 4 weeks ago asking me if I have a current account with them because apparently…read morea medication I am taking has been transferred to them. When I received the phone call, I was so confused. I called the pharmacy that was supplying my medication, and I was told that that medication has been subcontracted to CVS. I asked that pharmacy if my provider (which is Pinnacle Dermatology in Lebanon, TN) has been informed about the switch or if my provider informed them. I did not get a clear answer, so I called Pinnacle Dermatology Lebanon but as always, my call went to voice mail and since that call, NOBODY has reached out to me. I called again two weeks ago and last week, and all these calls went to voice mail. To cut my story short, I was not able to take my medication when it was due. If I am not able to get a response, (this is not a threat) I will do what is right as a patient. Update: 01.18.2024 I just learned that this medication was just approved today by the provider of this dermatology clinic. Not taking the medication for almost a month is totally unacceptable. I am glad that this is not a life and death situation because I would be dead by now. I haven't received any communication from this clinic at all - no apology, no explanation of their reckless behavior.
