Now after calling their office and emailing them I have not heard a word. I do not recommend this place I think they are fraudulent in fact when I had the procedure, this was something I thought about the doctor was nowhere to be found. This is illegal in Most states to have someone doing medical procedures without a doctor present and I am going to report this now. Technician was nice but other than that I regret going to this place and I want everyone to know to take their business elsewhere.

It seemed like a good option at the time, but after I had my stitches removed the wound reopened the same day. When I noticed, I had messaged the emergency line on what I needed to do to avoid infection or if I needed to be restitched. These folks NEVER responded, I'm not even sure they were aware. Anyways, I eventually got into contact with the surgeon and we did what we could. This was after I went to 2 ERs for an assessment on the damage. I inquired about a refund on my ER bills (even just one) with my Consultant Tiffany Thomas (who seemed to also be completely unaware about this surgery complication). She said she would check with her supervisor... it's been radio silence ever since. Again, I would commend the surgeon (Dr. Davis) and his team for their work and willingness to remediate. I would NOT recommend We Grow Hair and their consultants / team as a whole. Complete failure of communication and lack of care from them. You'll be better off spending the $11,000 it costs elsewhere. Trust me, this decision is permanent, do it somewhere that actually cares.

I've been going to Element Salon, Brentwood, for five and a half years and can't say enough about the fantastic stylists, management, and staff. All are professional & so knowledgeable in the products and services they provide. I'm greeted at the door every week with a friendly smile, always taking care of my needs. Let me tell you about my stylist, Charlotte! She has incredible blow-drying techniques, especially when working with my long, curly hair, leaving it looking straight and silky smooth. I go once a week for a shampoo blowout since I have a disability that makes it hard to wash and blow-dry my hair. I love, love balayage over foils! Josh is a master at applying color; he always makes my hair look so natural and beautiful! I've seen the work he's done on his other clients who want fun colors in their hair. Every time he's finished, the cut and coloring always look amazing! If you want purple, green, or even blue, you will be very happy with Josh's results. Element uses the best quality products of the L'Oreal line, Kerastase & Shu Uemura, which I've used in my hair for 14 years. When Charlotte is finished, there's so much shine that it lasts me until the next week. When L'Oréal discontinued the permanent color used for my base, Charlotte and Josh put their heads together and devised a formula that's a perfect replacement. It turned out looking amazing! I have slightly wavy hair and she showed me a couple of easy ways to style it so it actually looks good on normal days too. The whole salon feels really calm and welcoming, which made the experience even better. My hair hasn't looked this healthy in a while and I've already gotten a few compliments. The first cut my sideburns way too high instead of middle ear as I asked and didn't square the back as I asked, And she failed the eyebrows as I asked. The second also cut the sideburns too high but did square the back as I wanted. The problem was she failed to use vasoline or something else to prevent the black dye from staining my head on the front, back and sides. I looked ridiulious. It took lots of medical grade rubbing alcohol and two weeks of daily rubbing the alcohol on my skin to get it off. It cost $107 each time for the screwed up haircut. NEVER AGAIN!!! I went to Sports Clips and got the haircut perfectly done for $28 including tip. And I went to Sally Beauty to get the needed hair dye and application stuff to do it myself in just 45 minutes with great results.

I was recommended by a colleague, who knows a lot of influential people in the Brentwood/Franklin area. If this is expected to be a concierge boutique business in which I am placing several thousand dollars of my own money into, I hope you all understand that you have a lot to learn about class. Absolutely disgusting--bullies that own and run this said office. Save yourselves money and your self esteem. Go anywhere but here.
