I required exterior painting done on my two-story house and a 12x16 storage shed. I contacted NVC first based on other good reviews. After reaching out online they contacted me almost immediately, setting up an estimate within a day or two. I signed contracts a day after that. The owners, Johnathan and Sonia, are super-nice people. NV showed up exactly when they said they would and on time every single day. Stefany from the ofice staff is also incredibly pleasant and friendly. She answered all my questions and contacted me in advance before every visit, updating me and relaying requests from the crew each day during the job. They told me up front I could probably find a cheaper contractor, but not one that would do they job they did. They didn't disappoint, working 12-hour days until the job was finished --- including immaculate cleanup each evening. The preppers and painters were kind and extremely hard-working. The first day the crew showed up early and spent a full day doing prep work, including pressure-washing, bubble-scraping, replacement of some rotting wood and a vent, and a lot of sealing. They did a ton of calking on my siding and even re-calked all my windows. They spent the second day putting two coats of high-quality paint on the house, and the third day applying two coats of trim, including gutters and downspouts. I have expensive security cameras and they were super-careful working around the cameras and cables, covering them when needed. They spent part of a fourth day checking their work, doing touchup and cleaning up. Johnathan gave me a final tour before wrapping up the project. My house is 26 years old and now it looks brand new and pristine. As happy and amazed as I am with the work they completed, I think I'm equally as pleased to have found such a diligent and professional local contractor I can trust and count on. I will be using them for a kitchen remodel next winter. There aren't enough stars, nor can I recommend this NV Contracting highly enough! Thank you!

The worst customer service I have ever had. This was my situation. I filed a claim through my…read morehome warrantee on a property I have in another state and was given their contact information and a work order number. Per my warrantee company they randomly choose a plumber from there list and the company would call me within 24 hours to schedule the repair. The company never called me so I contacted them. They told me she never received the work Oder and would have to call me back that day. I never received a call back and called them back two days later. They told me I was on their list to call. So I asked for there availability and she said they were all booked but she is doing the schedule later that day and would call me after she was done to give me an appointment. This never happen. Again I waited a couple days thinking she was just busy. About four days later she calls me and says she has an opening in two hours. I explained to her that she was aware that I was in another state and needed more notice. She did not seem to understand. This went on for another week until I called the warrantee company and found out that she told them that they tried to arrange an appointment but she could not get ahold of me. This is ridiculous. The funny thing is that the only time they called me was to give me an appointment two hours later because another of their jobs fell through. I got a new referral for another plumber from the warrantee comp and she called, showed up, and fixed the problem without issues. I am writing this a caution to those who might seek this companies service and expect good customer services.

Took my money didn't finish my house, still a year later not signed off by county…read more This was a new $800,000.00 home We still don't have the house signed off from Cowlitz county planning because of Fusion Electrical Services LLC have not completed it BUT WERE PAID IN FULL OVER A YEAR AGO.My mini split has not been completed in 13 months, my breaker panel hasn't been put back together in a year, I paid parker and alissa in full.The owner Alissa tried to put a protective order against me back in August because I sent her text message asking when will they complete my job. I sent her a correction notice from Cowlitz county planning showing her all the correction needed. The Judge said me texting to get my job done was NOT harrassment. Since then I found out from Feltons HVAC good guys, that the electrical wires that Fusion spliced Diakin says no you can't, that is why my mini split won't work. They cut my new cooling lines I supplied in the kit, they said they had to because the lines were to short. That is not true it's because Parker had no clue what he was doing and didn't install the inside unit first then measure the lines and wires then set the height of the outside unit. We are forced to go back to court in a few months. They received 3 separate violation from WASHINGTON STATE LNI on my new home, now LNI just notified us about some other things. Parker and his company are not licensed to do HVAC work, he said he was licensed and bonded for HVAC he lied, FYI you cant file a lien on thier bond for HVAC even though they did the work and destroyed my install kit for my mini splite, I have a invoices from another company to fix the mess, replace the destroyed kit and complete the job on the mini split for over $5000.00 and for electrical over $5000.00 She won't resolve it I have tons of text messages asking her to just get it completed, she tells me she will jerry rigge it with no new parts, I paid for new I want the job done correctly .
