When Robert arrived with his assistant, we had a laugh because he remembered the previous visit and off he went to solve the issue. Long story short, our house is old and the plumbing isn't the easiest to figure out but Robert made it look easy and before you know it, we were up and running. Robert knows his equipment, makes great decisions on the fly and most of all, he is super customer focused. As a former industrial leader, I would gladly add him to my crew!
