Also worth mentioning: their shop is cleaner than a surgery room. You can judge a restaurant by how good their bathrooms are and car shop - by its cleanness. They advised me they'd go over and get me an estimate. That never happened. When the service was done, I called them for detail, left a VM. Four days later, no response. I called again, had to leave a VM again. Finally gave up and went to Fatty's to pick up my bike. Owner indicated he also tried contacting them multiple times with no response. But their lights are on with an open sign in the window. Business must be epic when you don't feel the need to even pick up the phone or reply to five separate inquiries. Do not bring your vehicle here. They cannot be bothered to pick up the phone or return a voicemail.

I cannot say enough about Rod and the whole crew. we took our 2026 model Y to have Darrings detail apply PPF to it although they were extremely busy he actually took us in on a Sunday when they were closed treated us like royalty and identified a dent that we completely missed when we took delivery.
