They clean your floor mats and windows and dashboard clean out the console. They do vacuum the whole entire car as well as making sure to clear off anything on the outside that is left over from the car wash. They shine up everything on the inside of the car. Ultimately it looks as clean as it is going to be clean and it takes about 10 minutes. It's on a track in the car just rolled down the track in six or eight people run through taking care of making sure the car looks great. They're always very nice and friendly And helpful if you need it. Cost about $28 which is not terrible for a bunch of people to get your car looking great in 10 minutes.

She obviously was wanting the bugs vacuumed along with the rest of the interior cleaned/vacuumed, especially the dash. She is short and can't see the dash while sitting in the driver's seat. So she didn't notice it hadn't been cleaned. Fast-forward to today. I had to take her to work and noticed it appeared the dash hadn't been touched at all, not to mention the bugs were still there. So, silly me, I thought I'd go back and get the situation rectified. Nothing doing. The jerk at the front wouldn't honor what they did or didn't do a few days ago. He said the dash could've gotten dirty in that amount of time. That amount of dust would not accumulate in just a few days. The rude attendant acted as if I was asking him to take money out of his personal wallet and give it to me. Just run the damn car back through and do a decent job this time!!!!!!!!!!! That's all I was asking. So NEVER AGAIN!!!! I've been coming to Mike's/Crew Carwash for over 40 years. There are plenty of other places in town that could use my business.

I went in looking for whatever level of polish I could get within a roughly $500 budget, and Rod ended up delivering essentially a three-stage correction within that budget. The quality of the work, service, and value were all excellent, and we were genuinely thrilled with how the car turned out. We had just purchased the vehicle CPO with about 30,000 miles on it. We bought it Wednesday afternoon in Virginia and drove it home by Thursday night. By Friday morning, some dried mud was unfortunately wiped off the paint, leaving several additional scratches on top of some clear-coat scratches and deeper marks that were already there. Vik Black is a beautiful metallic black, but it shows almost everything. We dropped the car off with Rod Monday morning. Our goal was not showroom perfect. We just wanted the paint to look significantly better without spending well over $1,000. Rod initially discussed around a two-step polish for roughly $450, but what we ultimately received was essentially a three-stage correction for $500. Comparable quotes I had seen for that level of work were well north of $1,000. The car was washed, decontaminated and clay barred, polished, then worked again with a heavier compound and wool pad in areas with deeper defects, followed by a final polish and wax. The result was fantastic. The car is not absolutely perfect under every light, but it is also a 30,000-mile CPO vehicle with some deeper scratches. For what we asked for and what we paid, the improvement was excellent. More importantly, this was a car we had literally just brought home, and after the correction it finally felt like the new-to-us vehicle we had been excited about buying in the first place. The service was just as good. I have increasingly felt that with most businesses you can pick two of three: great quality, great service, or a great price. Rod somehow managed all three. Rod originally expected the job to take one day. Around midday Monday, he called and left me a voicemail asking whether he could keep the car until the following morning because it could benefit from some additional work. I was in a meeting and could not respond right away. When he had not heard back from me within about an hour, he decided to honor the turnaround he had originally promised and worked double time to finish the additional work. The car was ready that same Monday evening. When we picked it up, Rod and his team were clearly proud of the work and excited to show us the result. That meant a lot. You can tell when someone genuinely cares about the work they are putting their name on, and that was absolutely the feeling we got. They were transparent, stayed within budget, and did more than I expected without trying to upsell me into something I did not want. I am actually pretty critical when it comes to paying a lot for detailing services, so I do not give this kind of recommendation lightly. In this case, I felt like every dollar was well spent. Rod and his team gave us exactly what we were hoping for, and then some. I would absolutely trust Darring's Detail with our vehicles again. Thank you to Rod and the entire team for making our new-to-us GV70 look like something we could be excited about all over again.

I cannot say enough about Rod and the whole crew. we took our 2026 model Y to have Darrings detail apply PPF to it although they were extremely busy he actually took us in on a Sunday when they were closed treated us like royalty and identified a dent that we completely missed when we took delivery. We notified Tesla and believe it or not, they showed the dent in their pre-delivery photos that they took of the car so after much running around and talking to people, Tesla finally is taken care of it. Many thanks to Rod and his team. again they did an outstanding job on the car. I would highly recommend them and we will definitely go back.

However, this last time was the first time I decided to pay extra for the interior wash also. When I first pulled up I was asked, "Are there any spots we should take care of specifically?" to which I told the employee around my gear/cupholder area and the back where my Shepard usually sits would be great. It does look better, however you can tell there was no real effort put in. There's still A LOT of obviously missed things that probably would've been picked up with a second run of the vacuum. Obviously for $45 I'm not looking for professional grade work (especially from a most likely HS/college kid), but some effort for my money would be helpful. MY REAL FRUSTRATION: When I first sat down in the waiting room, I watched as other customers would be called by their car name when it was ready and their car would be waiting on them right outside the door, basically "valet" style. After about 30-45 mins, I get up and see my Jeep parked over in the parking lot... interesting? "maybe they're waiting for something they sprayed on my seats to dry?" I'm not sure, but I do see employees driving cars from the same lot back up into the bays, so maybe it's just their process. I continue to wait... Another 25 mins goes by... there's no cars in the bays now... multiple employees have seen me both inside in the cars and sitting outside on the benches waiting.. yet nobody asks/tells me anything... They're all basically "washing" the waiting room windows, trying to pass time. So I get up and ask nicely but confused, "Hey did I miss my car being called because I see it in the lot?" The girl behind the counter, puzzled, says that it should be done if it's out in the lot. (Nobody else had to go get their car from the lot... so why would I think I had to?) She asks the washers.. who all look at me and to each other... who then all go talk to the manager (assumingly because it's wearing a different color shirt than the rest). Only for one of the employees to come and hand me my keys and say "It's all ready for you!"... like I haven't been staring at it for the past 30+ minutes... Why I wasn't told my car was ready... OR Why was I the only one who had to go ask if it was ready to go get it in the lot myself... OR Why nobody wanted to just say anything and let me sit there WAY longer than I needed to be... I'm not sure. But I'm probably not going to be back to find out.

I had researched a lot of places that do paint correction, PPF, and ceramic coating, but most of them didn't live up to the hype based on my personal or my friends' experience. SNS was a bit more expensive than the competition, but the reasons I still chose them for my GT-R are: 1. Extreme attention to detail and highest quality of work 2. They treat your car as their own and you will have peace of mind that it's in safe hands 3. They can pick up and deliver your car in an enclosed trailer if you're busy 4. It's a family owned American business that does a lot to support the local car community 5. Jeff and his sons are genuinely nice and reasonable people My car was done in a few days and they communicated progress with photos along the way. There was a small issue with my side mirrors (very common) after 2 weeks - we scheduled an appointment and they fixed it within 2 hours, no questions asked. Also worth mentioning: their shop is cleaner than a surgery room. You can judge a restaurant by how good their bathrooms are and car shop - by its cleanness. You know the minute you walk in you're at a top-notch business. Overall, I'm happy with my decision and will bring other cars here in the future. I've already recommended SNS to a few friends, because everyone's car deserves the best, and you deserve a hassle-free awesome experience for your hard-earned money.

They advised me they'd go over and get me an estimate. That never happened. When the service was done, I called them for detail, left a VM. Four days later, no response. I called again, had to leave a VM again. Finally gave up and went to Fatty's to pick up my bike. Owner indicated he also tried contacting them multiple times with no response. But their lights are on with an open sign in the window. Business must be epic when you don't feel the need to even pick up the phone or reply to five separate inquiries. Do not bring your vehicle here. They cannot be bothered to pick up the phone or return a voicemail.
