We dealt with the owners, Chris and Melissa, for design and measuring, they made it so easy. Azlyn was Melissa's right-hand, and they both helped us choose economical cabinets, gorgeous quartz to match, and back splash tiles for the finishing touch. We were always able to connect with someone for any concerns. One, the firm's lead supervisor was subsequently fired. A three-week cabinet install was in process for three months and the end product was never finished, and a much more talented Wood Workers of Naples was hired and paid by me to correct the poor quality and mess created by D Worst original subcontractor. Wallpaper installer left the job in January 20 but has never returned even after many promises to do so. I paid for $35,000 in rugs that have never been delivered! Think twice before you are lured into this company by the owner's promises. Not quality and honesty here. How lame is that the rave reviews above include two of the owner's children. All phoney!

After the repair, the pavers began to separate almost immediately the company continuously. Blames the homeowner for the Pavers separating instead of taking accountability for their poor installation. They came out again last week. I'm attaching the videos below. On the same day, they supposedly repaired the driveways. The pavers were moving as you walk on them already had half an inch gaps in between them. This company is not using the cement barriers that they are supposed to use to install the pavers, they have horrible communication. I was told on Friday that somebody would be coming to my home to repair the poor installations. Nobody ever showed up, of course when I called today and spoke with Betty. She was incredibly rude and told me she was on lunch and can't deal with this at the moment she told me to call Lenar if I want an update. This has horrible craftsmanship, disrespectful office, representatives, and poor communication. Save yourself the trouble and money of hiring these people.
