Order took over 4 weeks to fulfill and deliver. Yet ordered 2 large medicine cabinets from Ferguson Inc. direct and received them via FedEx within 2 days. Toto toilet was on backorder 2 months so I finally cancelled that item as construction had begun and my plumber needed a toilet to install. Ferguson Naples set up delivery of 1 item and the pickup of 2 of 3 items attached to the toilet. Ferguson delivery never showed and my calls to inquire "why" were Not returned. ..meanwhile I'm chasing after a $900+ refund from Ferguson Naples Showroom. Be forwarned. Order directly from Ferguson online and ship to your home. You'll get your items much, much quicker and easily tracked!

She will only text back cryptic messages like: "specs ?" when you call, she doesn't answer. When you ask what she means she won't tell you. We continue to ask her what she means, as she is the designer and we are open to ideas. She replies with "that offer expired" Again we have no idea what is wrong with this person and her business.
