This place is a JOKE. No wonder there are no reviews or photos from actual consumers but only from…read morethe business owner. My brother dropped his note and it cracked on both sides (front and back since both pieces are made of glass) so he asked me to check on yelp. Yelp has this cool feature where I can compose a message and have it sent out to multiple businesses. That is what I did and a few places responded, Gadget Fix MD was one of them and gave me the cheapest estimate compared to other businesses. They respond quick and quoted me 165$ for the price estimate and clarifying that the front lcd will take them 20 mins and the back glass will take them 2 hours. And just the front lcd will only be 85$. This was all sent from the manager Rab B. in the direct message and I'll upload the photo for confirmation. He also sent dates that he was available to have it fix so I sent all this information to my brother. It is an hour drive to the phone shop but he made his way out there and when he got to the shop and showed them his phone, the total was over $300, almost $400. The price was double then what he quoted me in the direct message. My brother even pulled out the message and asked for the manager that sent it and the manager acted like he has amnesia and does not remember a thing. He was rude, nonchalant about the situation and didn't care. It was a complete WASTE of our TIME and drive! Time is money and they didn't even work with us or anything. Why would you give me an estimate then not honor it? You have a Masters in IT Business, maybe you should get a masters in Customer Service.

But if you want it yesterday they will do everything they can to get you moving quickly I lost all of my picture and it turned out to be that the battery was so blown up it just been charged so much while the bottom line is I drive a truck and it gets plugged in a lot especially for navigation. And the screen basically cracked I called them and they originally said to be 230 bucks for a screen. I didn't know they needed the battery too and that was 85 more. The good news is a quote you ahead of time and you kind of know what you're going to pay so you can be ready. I was surprised it ended up costing me $353 but hey you know what it's okay. I could have had it done then and been gone however they didn't have the screen and stock they had to order it only took a day and they got it in that's great by me. And they do a lot of things for a lot of stuff they not only do your phones that some people say you can't change batteries yes they can they do laptop desktop software and hardware repairs and they sell and buy phones and tablets all of the markets not really good you ain't going to get much for a flip phone you might get a quarter LMAO! THAT BEING SAID THOUGH IT'S A NICE EASY MALL STORE ONE OF THOSE CELL PHONE PLACES BUT THEY TAKE ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS AND THEY ARE VERY PROMPT. Nice thing as I got non-breakable cases fancy ones all kinds of stuff for all different phones are a very well equipped place. Unfortunately joliet's the only location where they are. But for the most part the reviews reflected other than a couple of well we'll just leave it at that.....
