Let's admit, sometimes shit happens to our phones...umm, like an oily substance seeping in and destroying it! However this company went way far and beyond what I even expected to get the screen repaired. Very friendly staff, it only took 10min for them to replace the screen and they put on a screen protector free of charge. I had a damaged screen. Went to the You Break, I Fix store. They replaced the screen but I could not get the face I.D. feature to work. Took it back. They had no idea how to fix it, replaced my old screen, and referred me to Apple. I found iPhone Doctor on Yelp and, because of the excellent reviews, went there. Pete replaced the screen in under an hour, explained why the face I.D. wouldn't work, how much Apple would charge to reprogram it, and that that is proprietary and unavailable outside of Apple stores. His price for the new screen was less than I paid at You Break.... iPhone Dr. has a new customer in me. read more

Glass shattered on Iphone??? You dont need a new phone!! The Iphone doctor has replaced my glass three times and has done a wonderful job. The glass is normally replaced in under one hour.
