Asked for the easiest hair cut that every person in the hair profession can do. Worst hair cut I have ever got in my life. A homeless man could have gave me a better cut. It was also $50 plus tip which is a little higher than normal. But I went to them because of the reviews and it was the worst decision of my life. They are also all not as welcoming and as inviting. Usually the guy talks to you this guy maybe said two words to me js kinda made it awkward. If you don't mind paying a tad more than some of these other places. I would say come here. I think the barbers here have a tad more skill with scissor work than just the fade. Too many of these places might know how to fade but they don't know how to shape head or cut your hair with scissors. There's a big gap of talent here at this shop than other shops I have been to. I had Tommy as my barber and he listened to everything I wanted. Even stopped through out the cut to ask if I was ok with this and made some recommendations that made the cut exactly what I wanted. Hairstylist didnt listen to our directions and cut exactly what we asked not to have. We asked to not have a wolf cut, and to keep the top back long but the lower neck to shoulders. Instead the barber cut the top back short and the neckline long. Then says its a wolf cut...like wtf dude are you serious. Now I got an upset teen on my hands..50bucks plus tip just to see my kiddo unhappy and have a cut we asked not to have . Doesnt feel great. The barber was skilled in cutting, but it definitely was not what we wanted. My son wanted his long hair not short hair. And its going to be 6months til it grows back. Which is huge in a teens life. Clearly shorter in the back where we asked to keep the length. Bangs dont blend w/back as asked not much we can do, the hair is gone.Ugh so disappointed. What a horrible experience. I book an appointment for 5pm, pull up and 5pm and they send me a text saying to check in. I check in on their text system, and it reply's back telling me that they will send a text to me when they are ready for me to walk in. I'm hanging out in my car for 20 minutes waiting for a text, and decide to go in. Then they tell me I'm late by 20 minutes and that they can't take me, even after I showed them that I properly checked in and everything. What a waste of my time, very poorly run business. My son has been going to Michael since he was 4 and a half and he's 5 now. He won't let any other barber touch his hair. When michael left his old shop, we kept searching for him everywhere!!
