It's a good burger but nothing special, impressive or extraordinary in any way. When you pay 180 Kr for a burger you expect it to taste different than Burger Kings, right? Rumours says that theres a new player in town. A player which makes great burgers and tempting to go for the top. I decided to look it up, whether the rumours were true or not... This is a cool place with lots of seatings and unique decor which sets the ambience. The comfiest seating is probably one of the round sofas and gives plenty of space for the food. Menu is mainly burgers but they also have a couple of starters, which most certainly needs to be shared if you wanna make it to second course. The burgers are nicely served along with fries so you dont have to add extra for it. Also, they arent to cheap with the fries, they provide plenty of it. I had the "BIG A$$ nacho" to start of with, luckily i shared it, but it was one of the biggest plates och nachos i have ever had. This was a plate full of everything and tasted great so it was truly worth the price. But i think its to big for most ppl to get as a starter, even though you share it. Second course was about to start, my stomach was already stuffed, but I went with Bobs Hot burger with lots of jalapenos. Meat was tasty and juicy, but i wasnt to excited about the bread. It wasnt as soft as i wanted it to be, more of a rustic one. To their defence, i was by now filled up and my apetite was surely discontinued. I visited midweek pretty late and the service was okey, but it wasnt to many ppl there so its hard to judge. I think i need to go there once more, and this time only go for the burger. But for now they will have to relay on their unique nacho plate which was one of a kind. read more

Amazing burgers! A little pricey for lunch perhaps, but they were perfectly cooked, and the jalapeños in the burger I had were greatly matched with the caramelized onions. The service was nice, albeit perhaps a bit slow. The restaurant itself was cozy and is surely great for dinners too. The only disappointment was the fries, which felt just like they came from McDonalds. Apparently they weren't made in the restaurant, but delivered pre-made to them. read more

Best burger my wife had so far in Stockholm. I had a half nachos plate (had way to much semla at work), and what a nachos plate. It was huge and very very good. Next time, and that will be soon, I need to have one of the burgers, they look amazing. Ok, I put 5 stars after just a quick visit, but what can I say that nacho plates was good, and I trust my wife's judgement on burgers ;-) Now I have eaten about 5 burgers here and brought about 10-12 friends here and we all agree, this IS the best burgers we have tasted !! I am so overwhelmed and confused with how people speak about these burgers. I've eaten here twice and wasn't impressed either time. I also tried other people's burgers to see if it was just my choice of toppings. While I agree the toppings are fun and tasty, they're just that: toppings. You can top a crappy pizza with amazing toppings, but it's still going to be a crappy pizza. Now, I'm not saying the burgers here are crappy, but they're not that good. The buns are forgettable and the meat is so densely packed and flavorless. It's like biting into a meat puck (I guess people like meat pucks?). I like my patties to melt in my mouth. I want to feel the juice. I want to be able to LOVE a plain burger- no frills- no disguising with fancy toppings. This place just didn't do it for me. read more

A restaurant with a burger focus serving juicy burgers in a nice and trendy setting. Their burgers are made of pure meat and they have GF buns that were real tasty. The buns were easy to bite into, had a good consistency and felt like a good addition to the burger. (You GF people all know how much of a difference a good bread means! Especially when it comes to burger buns!) The burgers were cooked so that they were still pink in the middle, leaving the burger very juicy. The staff was very quick with our orders and ordering GF was no problems. And getting the burger fodmap safe by removing the pickled onion was also no problems at all for them. The staff informed us that they were in the period of shifting over to a new menu, so at this point they only had the pecan pie as dessert. One in the group tried it and felt it was only mediocre in taste but you on the plus side you receive a big slice of it. Would recommend this place and would absolutely be ready to return to eat there when in the area! read more

Came here for lunch. I was really happy with the food. Burger was very good. I can't comment precisely on the taste of the meat because I got the cricket which is really over-run with toppings, but I enjoyed it. Fries were fine but thank the good lord jesus for pickles on the side. Seriously, hallelujah. The atmosphere is nice inside and it's really big, actually. Makes it a great spot to come for lunch combined with the fact that it's a little out of the way of the business area. Fun spot to have a business meeting too since they have some big tables. Almost all the options were 129 for the burger, fries and pickle. Worth it, I think. Unfortunately the service was a little lacking in terms of speed. Could have been understaffed on that day but it took a long time to pay, which is not compatible with the working way of life. They need to figure that out. Otherwise the staff was really friendly. I just bumped my previous review up a star. Here is why: I have been there a number of times when it was less crowded - first off: the staff are amazing - you feel right at home! Secondly, the have the best truffle mayo in all of Stockholm and their fries are top notch. If that's not enough reasons to go - then go for their Reuben Sandwich and dunk it in their heavenly truffle mayo and you will live happily ever after. Reuben sandwhiches are one of my favorite comfort foods - Gnarly takes it to the next level. Just try it - you will thank me and Yelp, and your parents for bringing you into this world. Once they up their meat-game a bit - the 5th star will be granted and Flippin and Phil's will have to up their significantly. I went with their standard burger - doubled up meat. Meat (most important factor in a burger): Decent, a bit dry meat. I doubled it up so it was a whole lot meat. Bun: Really nice Cheese: Burnt, dark brown pieces, took some of the cheese off Fries: Really good, very happy with them Truffle Mayonnaise: Jackpot! I would like to swim in this thing. What can I say, they sure know how to make one hell of a burger. On a down note they don't seem to have adapted to the demand just yet as the wait each time is massive. So, if possible avoid going during rush hours. They are very understanding though and are aware of the problem so perhaps it will become better later on. One of the worst burgers I've ever had. The patty tasted like it's been made one week ago--dry and cold. The cheese are barely melted and the entire burger just taste like a piece of old plastic. This is the absolute best burger I've ever eaten. The service was outstanding, the food even better and the atmosphere was warm, friendly and inviting.
