    Cricket burger (single)

Been wanting to visit Flippin' Burgers for years, but it's always been too crowded for comfort. Today though, stars aligned and I finally had a shot at it! Service was prompt and friendly. In English (a bit silly, really) but good nonetheless. Our order also arrived within ten minutes which also impressed (I'm guessing we were lucky). Burger (Cricket) was very well balanced both in proportions and taste. Very good overall. Fries were tasty but a bit too oily for my taste. Overall a very good meal.

Riktigt bra burgare och strips, minus för lokalen som var iskall pga konstanta utlämningar av take-away och kö ut genom dörren.

Did I come all the way to Sweden to eat at an American-style burger joint? No, but Cafe Tranan was not open for lunch and we did not feel like eating at Burger King. Just remember that this place only accepts cards. NO CASH here! FOOD. While Flippin' Burgers wasn't my first choice restaurant, I have to say the food didn't disappoint. My single Burgler (single 100g patty with cheese, organic tomatoes, lettuce, and house burger sauce/110KR) was cooked well and tasted pretty good. The bun was different, but worked with the burger. I also ordered a cherry cola float (40KR) and it was really good! SERVICE. FB has a very relaxed, casual atmosphere. Our waiter was friendly and helpful. He sat down by us as he took our order and made appropriate jokes here and there.

Flippin' Burgers serves up a cheeseburger to rival any American diner. It's American in the best way - it tastes like a backyard cookout gone very well, not the oversized monstrosities you get at a lot of the chain restaurants. The French fries come salted to perfection and in the thin McDonald's style. The menu is in Swedish, but you can pretty much figure it out - at least the Burglare is the classic cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and mayo. The bacon cheeseburger with pickles was also really good. We also had a vanilla shake - also delicious. The place was decorated with a hipster vibe and played Elvis, which was just fine by me. Definitely recommend!

Next to The Bird in Berlin, this must be in my Top 5 burger joints in Europe. Fantastic atmosphere and design, great central location, good beer selection and superb Burgers. Fresh, good quality meat, prepared as specified (I like my burgers rare) Fries a little too thin for my taste but still tasty. Will come back!

Overall pretty good food. It's a bit pricey for burgers but in Sweden I think it's a reasonable price for the city of Stockholm. We had two beers, two burgers, and fries for about $50 USD. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Wasn't anything out of the ordinary but a tasty place.

I did it. I finally did it. After months of wanting to try this place out I finally made it out. First off, the burgers were extremely delicious. A thick patty of juicy meat and soft bread that doesn't get in the way. That right there makes a perfect burger. What I didn't love about the burgers is how boring they were. Sure, they had The Cricket which was topped with cream cheese and jalapeños, which was super tasty. Sure, their Månadens Burgare had mashed avocado, pepper jack cheese, and jalapeños. However, those were our only options if not for the original or veggie burger. I wasn't super enticed by any of the more 'flavorful' options, and because they were so similar, I had a really hard time choosing. When I had the fries, I was so pleased. I remember reading a review that said they tasted like frozen fries. They may very well be frozen fries, but this isn't called Flippin' Fries, it's Flippin' Burgers! Frozen or not, they were perfectly fried and deliciously crispy. A perfect addition to a great burger. Now, I had my doubts about my last item. Let me just say that as soon as I saw Ben & Jerry's I knew I was getting myself a shake no matter how full I was after my burger. I got myself a Cone Sweet Cone shake and loved the fact that the shake wasn't super thick and difficult to drink. Nothing makes me angrier than sipping through a straw and nothing comes through. Even though I knew that the choice of ice cream was what made it, this shake is what bumped up the review to 5 stars. Kudos to Fippin' Burgers for choosing such a magnificent brand to make shakes with. And bless the person who topped my shake with that delicious whipped cream and fantastic sauces. And God bless Ameri- I mean Flippin' Burgers.

I apologize beforehand - I cannot asses the quality of the meat, but rather the quality of mixture that vegetarians call meat. In case of Flippin' Burgers it was very good mixture in terms of usefulness: flour, kidney beans and chipotle chilis as it is gluten, egg and dairy free, allowing more people to touch the wonderful world of Flippin' Burgers. But here comes huge BUT: it does not taste good. From the other side, when nyttig food tasted good? All cool things are either illegal or make you fat : ) My very special advice to vegetarian that goes there with meat-eaters: do not let your meat-eater friends try to taste the thing vegetarian call "meat" - very high chance of unappropriate comparisons to appear. Anyway, the burger bread was the best I tried so far: soft and juicy inside, crisp on the edges is just right. The BREAD. Obs! If you want to buy for "take-away", go directly and order at the bar, do not let the guy in the entrance to sign you in the list. Obs #2! They do not have any mineral water for "take-away", only CocaCola and similar : (

This is the place to go if you want to get the real deal! Amazing burgers and a nice atmosphere. Probably the best burger I've had outside USA. You'll have to wait to get seated and sometimes up to an hour, however it's definitely worth the wait. This is the type of place where you actually want to order a regular cheeseburger - bun, meat, cheese, bun.. no less, no more. The meat is so tasty and juicy and the bun is soft and will perfectly absorb all the juices from the meat. Just like it's meant to be. And the fries you get on the side are crispy. The selection of beer is pretty good and the milkshakes will knock you out. I will come back again and again!

A loud, bustling place with a mix of hand written messages and faded photos of American burger joints all over the walls. Not a place for an intimate date - but on the other hand, what kind of tool takes his date to a burger restaurant? I sat by the bar - the chair was comfy and the service came quickly (which may have been because this was at almost five I' clock so it was between the lunch and dinner rush.) Twice I tried to get in at Flippin' at their old place (when it was over hyped and the line was 2 hours) and never succeeded, so I was happy to get in - let alone get fast service - regardless of the time of day. I tried the month special which was a burger with maple syrup and bacon. The patty could have been a bit more pink in the center but it was still very good. The fries were a real disappointment - they felt standard and that becomes sub-standard in the context. Let's just say that you expect better fries than Burger King/McD when you go to a "real" burger joint like this. I also had a shake and it was superb! It was served in a metal cup similar to that which bartenders blend drinks in. I wish they had served the burger on a matching plate/basket but they use those plastic mesh basket - and while I understand it's an American burger place "reference", I frankly hate those. They're not classy nor practical. All in all, a really good experience. I will happily return.

There is absolutely no rival to their burgers, I must say! But as a whole sandwich, they are not very exciting and it doesn't even come with the side of fries( it has to be order separately) and that is why when you look at the menu at first, you think it's very cheap compare to other burger places but when you add up the size you end up with the same price as everywhere else. Usually it's very crowded & even on a Monday they had a 20 min waiting. The staff are very friendly & professional. Something that threw me off a little bit was that I asked if I could get a side of salad and they said no problem! But what they presented was basically everything that was supposed to be inside of my sandwich according the menu was served by the side & they also charged me for that!

Without a doubt one the best hamburgers i ever ate. The meat is moist yet not greasy and the buns are soft and crispy. Love at first bite.

I kept reading that Swede love burgers, and I'm not sure if its true, but they sure know how to make a burger! Flippin Burger feels like it could fit right in in other cities in the U.S and probably Europe. It has a nice, hip vibe with you and friendly staff that are very welcoming. I love the idea of letting the meat and burger speak for itself and the mrs and I got a burgler and a flipping burger and were definitely happy. The shoe string fries were pleasing and filling (we shared) and definitely reminded me of a healthier american McDonalds fry. They offered some craft sodas that I believe were from the UK and America. I heard a lot about the shakes, but alas, we were too full to order one. Definitely something for our next trip. This was my favorite meal of the whole vacation and if I happened to be in Stockholm again I would definitely stop by. It was a short walk from Odenplan metro, and not too far from Hotorget if you want to take a walk from downtown.

Remember this is a Fast Food place. So far, it's the only restaurant I've been to in Stockholm…read morethat offers free refills of DIET COKE.Much nicer than going to BK or McD's. which are slower and unlike the States, don't provide free refills. FRASSES provides table service, and the staff have plenty of time to talk Even though it's fast food, it's got great homey atmosphere. If you're not Swedish this is your opportunity to try traditional Swedish sausage. I think it was called Falukorv /flukrv/, Swedish pronunciation: [flkrv] It's made of a grated mixture of smoked pork and beef or veal with potato starch flour, onion, salt and mild spices. Falukorv is a cooked sausage, so it can be eaten without any further preparation. Some Swedes use it as a sandwich ingredient, much like ham or turkey. It tastes like cheap, bland American bologna which is served like a hamburger. It's served what in the US is called "sweet relish" but known here as Bostongurka .It's a Swedish concoction of pickled gherkins, red bell pepper and onion with spices such as mustard seeds. It is so popular in Sweden that it is considered by some to be a generic term. Despite its name, Bostongurka has nothing to do with the city of Boston. I am happy that I tried Falukorv with Bostongurka but once was enough. However, if I'm in the mood for a mega free refill portion of Diet Coke this will be the destination because of the cleanliness and wonderful customer service.
