There's a sales section in the back that has good options as well. The store is clean and organized by color. It was just so much fun to explore what they had. When I want to treat myself, this will be on my list of places to visit! If only they offered any student / teacher discounts!

It's fun to check out what they offer, especially since they swap out their stuff pretty frequently. Unfortunately, they don't offer XS, and since I'm so short (5'), none of it fits me! Even the S hangs loose, and I've tried on so many things on a regular basis. So keep that in mind if you want to shop here. With regards to service, they always offer to help you get started in the fitting room, order things from the website for you, and find things in other sizes or off the mannequins. Where they falter is no refunds. They should change that policy so customers would be happier in shopping here.

Their store is a bit hidden, as you have to walk behind and past Jeni's to find it. They've been here for 4 years and deserve all the business they can get! The whole experience was exactly what you hope for in a western store: helpful, knowledgeable, and zero pressure. The staff took their time with the hat and made sure it looked right instead of rushing through it. They were also great with the boots, helping me figure out what size actually worked for me across different styles and brands. That part matters because cowboy boot sizing can feel like it was invented by someone who wanted to make online shopping impossible. What I appreciated most was that they weren't pushy. They clearly knew their stuff, explained the differences, and seemed to genuinely enjoy helping me find the right fit.
