When I ask to check on the status of my medication at the satellite pharmacy to pick it up I had to provide my 20 medications one at a time for the appointment clerk to provide me the status of my refills. The clerk could not just access all 20 refills at once but had to verify each medication one at a time. Come on pharmacy management. At least allow the appointment clerk access to all my refills at once by me providing her my SSN to look them look up all my refills. This was how it used to be when I could talk to a pharmacist. Today the stress in this country is worse than ever and Eglin pharmacy keeps making it worse.

This store is about 1/2 mile from my home so I'm in this store almost daily. Coffee is almost…read morealways fresh (and smells delicious). But I usually have one of the milk shakes you make by putting the frozen shake in a blender and out comes one of the best shakes ever. The store is usually very clean, especially the bathrooms. They are some of the cleanest public restrooms I've ever been in. This isn't true of all their stores however. I was in Destin, FL (about 30 minutes away) last week and went to the Tom Thumb there. It was not very clean in general and there was NO toilet paper in the bathroom. But my Tom Thumb on Hwy 285 in Niceville is great. One of my favorite things is the reward points for discounts on gas. It is really fun to pay $1.00 per gallon less then those who don't use the program. It is well worth using the rewards card just like most stores are using these days. I'm glad I have a Tom Thumb so close by but I'd drive further if necessary just to use the rewards card and talk to some of the nicest people ever hired to take care of the store.
