I say convenient because we were headed west bound on 116th, so we pulled right into one of the bays without any problems of having to cross several lanes of traffic. It is also convenient if headed northbound on Allisonville. Otherwise, you take your chances since it is almost always a heavily traveled intersection. Fortunately, my wife's vehicle runs on gasoline. I looked around and didn't see any of the pumps were for diesel. So, be aware if you are driving one of those vehicles. There seemed to be plenty of bays and so my wife had little trouble finding an open one in working order. We did notice some pumps were covered for repairs. The good news is that she had no problems using the pump, and the credit card reader at the pump worked well too, so she was fueled up and ready to go before I could even check out the inside store. They have some of the expected outside items like ricks of firewood (though why they sell combustible wood pieces near fuel pumps has always baffled me. I don't recall seeing rock salt or propane tanks for grills here. I don't recall seeing an ice freezer outside either, so you may call first if you are needing some of those specialty items. Didn't make any purchases inside during our visit, so I can't comment on customer service. What I did notice is that the lot and bay area of the station was maintained and clean. That's always a plus that the place looks nice. It may not have all your quick stop needs, but it was clean and we were able to get our vehicle fueled quickly. I placed a grocery order online for grocery pick-up, but somehow got my wires crossed and scheduled it for the wrong day. While I was out running errands, I received a call from the Kroger Pick-Up Team and after listening to my dilemma, helped me make arrangements to pick it up the next morning. Unfortunately, the next morning presented a new set of issues. I checked in via the app, but no one ever came out with my order. I called customer service and was informed that all customers scheduled for pick-up that morning had been issued a text stating that they were running behind and would be notified once the orders were ready (this info was relayed from the manager). Being that my order was technically scheduled for the day before, this shouldn't have affected me, but I suppose that their team was focused on preparing that morning's orders and nobody was checking the handset for pick-up notification. While this was frustrating, I didn't panic. I advised the customer service rep that I had to leave (after waiting nearly 20 minutes). I asked that they hold my order until that evening. If they'd put my order back, the sale items purchased would no longer be available at their discounted sale pricing. I left that request in her capable hands and went on with my day. That evening, I arrived back at the store. I couldn't check in through the app (because I had already done so that morning), but a car next to me was having their order loaded into their trunk. I waited to get Dylan's attention. I gave him a brief disclaimer about why I couldn't check in, and how my order was scheduled for yesterday... he politely interjected "Are you Kandice?" I was both surprised and relieved. They had managed to clearly communicate and coordinate the holding and successful delivery of my past due order...and I felt seen! And valued!
