It has sunflower seeds, pimento peppers, carrots, lemon juice, tomato, chickpea miso, garlic, coconut oil, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. The flavor is interestingly good. It's balanced with some savory, some sweet, and some acidity. They have so many flavor options. I enjoy stopping by their farmers market booths to find something new to try. At their farmers market stalls they are friendly and will let you sample the flavors to help you land on the right one per your taste preferences.
