This store is located in the strip mall section of West Lincoln at Pine Lake. Parking is plentiful and the visibility can be easily found from a distance. Products are pretty standard and when I was at the register, the clerk attempted to upsale me on a 40 dollar annual premium membership for additional discounts. The answer was NO. read more

Went to the store at 11:00 and the doors were locked and nobody was there even though posted hours said 11:00-7:00. Waited 10 minutes and finally an employee showed up. I had gone there looking for a specific supplement. I had researched it and confirmed it was available in store at my local GNC. When I couldn't find it I asked the employee for some help. He looked totally bothered by the fact I was asking for help. I showed him what I was looking for and that it said available in store. He asked if I looked along the wall and I told him I had. He then told me to go to another store. This employee had the worst attitude and customer service I have experienced in a very long time. read more

Tried to go in at 10:10 and no one was there. Hours posted everywhere, including the door say they open at 10. Good thing there are other supplement stores close by. read more

The have all the health suplements I need. They are on teh pricey end but you cant reallly put a price on your well being. The staff is always fiendly and helpful. If there is ever and item that is not in stock they will either help you order from online while your in the store or they will order it from another store and have it 3-5 days. I would retun her again since they are also the only ones that carry gakic and t-bomb 2. read more
