Queue the Sprouts app - where you can order easily, navigate any sales that are going on, and the best part - have someone shop it for you. This is an amazing feature that has no additional cost to you and you don't even have to get out of your car! Simply let them know the car you're driving and that you're OTW and a team member will meet you in the parking lot. This was a huge time saver for me this past weekend when I was running around prepping to host a family party. If you're in a pinch - ordering ahead of time and picking up curbside is the way to go.

One of the first things I noticed was that the prices were noticeably higher than what I'm used to paying in Texas, which was a bit expected. We asked a couple of employees where to find certain items, and they came across as rude and unwelcoming. After those interactions, I honestly didn't feel comfortable asking anyone else for help. The one bright spot was the deli. The gentleman helping me was incredibly friendly and patient. I was undecided about what sandwich to order, and he recommended the breaded chicken sandwich, helped me choose the cheese, toppings, and bread, and his recommendation was excellent. It ended up being one of the best grocery store sandwiches I've had, and I really appreciated his outstanding customer service. Unfortunately, the positive deli experience was overshadowed at checkout. The cashier and the employee bagging our groceries were rude, and they began speaking negatively about us in Spanish, apparently assuming we wouldn't understand. We do speak Spanish, so we understood the conversation, which made the experience even more uncomfortable and disrespectful. While I truly appreciated the excellent service from the deli employee, the overall customer service throughout the store left a lot to be desired. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.

The order was a peanut butter, banana, and chocolate protein smoothie (no dates). When I opened the delivery bag, I noticed the smoothie cup was not sealed, which is a food safety concern, as your cups are always sealed. There was no receipt attached as well. In addition, the consistency was extremely watery, and the smoothie tasted only of banana, with no discernible peanut butter or chocolate flavor. I called the store to raise these concerns and asked to speak with a manager. I was told the manager was not there. The male employee who answered explained that the banana flavor was simply due to the bananas in the recipe. When I clarified that my concern was about the missing peanut butter and chocolate flavors as well as the safety and quality issues, he suggested I drive to the store to pick up a replacement. I explained that this was not a workable solution for me, as I am currently recovering from surgery, which is also why I placed a delivery order rather than picking it up myself. During the call, I also heard laughter in the background, which I found unprofessional given the nature of my complaint. The employee did not provide his name when I asked for it. Given the unsealed packaging, the quality of the smoothie, and the handling of my call, I am requesting a refund for this order (total charged thru Uber Eats $31.34, including tip). I would also appreciate assurance that staff will be reminded of proper food safety and customer service standards. I have ordered from this establishment previously without issue, but this experience was disappointing on multiple levels. I look forward to your response. I ran out of my usual protein drink stuff, didn't have the time to run to the place where I…read morenormally buy it, so I decided to stop in at this GNC to see if they had something comparable. Know that this particular GNC location isn't very large. In fact, if 2 people were standing side by side inside this store, I don't think they could both stretch out their arms fully without hitting one of the walls. That being said, their selection is acually quite good for as small as the store is, and what's more, their employees actually seem to know what they're talkng about. When I saw 3 similar drink mixes, all making different claims but priced nearly the same, I asked one of the attendants for help. For some reason I was expecting some brainless body builder to be working here, but it was a sweet Cuban lady in a lab coat, and she was quite knowledgeable. She was able to rattle off a bunch of stats about absorbtion rates, their different chemical makeup and all kinds of other stuff when explaining the difference between the three powders I was considering. One thing to note is that the suppliments they sell here, at least their protein drink mixes, are by no means cheap. The bag I bought here was about 1/2 the size of the container I usually get at another store, but it was more than twice the price of the container I usually purchase.

Didn't think it a big deal because I didn't think I'd be returning it. When I got home I realized it wasn't the product I meant to buy. I went back to the store later in the day to explain what happened and hoping to get a refund or at least a store credit. The store associate explained that because I did not have the receipt, I could get a refund for the product's lowest price in the past 6 months. It turned out to be $23. I was not going to return it to receive less than half the price I paid so I asked for a store credit. She then proceeds to tell me they can give me a store credit for the SAME LOWEST PRICE!! these people are robbers. I will it return here
