The store also seemed understaffed, and the employees appeared overworked and frustrated, which affected the overall customer experience. I also think a business centered around fragrances would benefit from having staff who are more knowledgeable about the scents they carry and can confidently make recommendations. Lastly, a more polished and professional appearance from the team would better reflect the quality of the service customers expect. Overall I dont think its worth the price if the employees arent knowlodgable and confident with what they are doing or even happy with the job they have.

I freaking love The Container Store!!! Had to swing in after lunch at Sixty Vines. It was across…read morethe street so I had to. Lol. I was scoping around seeing what I may "need" to buy. I was looking at the 50% clearance section when the sales person walked over to let us know everything in this section was actually 90% off!!! OH. EM. GEEEEEEE!!! Naturally, I had to snag a few of these items as they would make for cool gifts. For other people and for myself. I literally ended up buying $42 worth of clearance items and saved $359!!! I will upload the receipt for proof. Thanks to the lovely young lady helping me and also to Gabriel for checking to see if I need any additional assistance. Gabriel ended up checking me out at the register and we could not believe the SAVINGS!!! When he showed me how much I saved on the receipt, I almost died!!! Lol. Died of EXCITEMENT!!! It was very spacious, obviously very organized, and had endless options for storage, organizing, and keeping things cute and aesthetically pleasing. The entire team was very helpful and welcoming! I needed a frame and a set up for an event I was having near by and they all came to assist. I ended up finding what I wanted, thanks to them and left with a smile on my face! Can't wait to go back and get some things for my closet!
